How to make .bin for specific installer templates?

I recently stumbled upon these.

I am trying to make use of them. they extracts predefined .bin files inside the innosetup script.
I used diskspan gui to make these bin files. But no matter what type of compression I chose, the installer gives me a -14 error code saying that my archive isnt a freearc archive. I have tried every single freearc compression method in diskspan gui along with other compression methods. But it always gives the same error.

can anyone help?

diskpan does not support that installer.
