Sorry for the noob question but i'm new here so what does these game convertions mean that you design and make? is this a repack or something? pardon my stupidness

Any updates to this tried to redo due to accidently delete the file and al settings tried get 99% done then errors..

Sorted it was the DSG at fault just redownload and it done now.
