cyrillic alphabet dosent show right in Inno Setup

Title is self explanatory but when opening an .txt file with russian it works fine so if I connect an external file to inno setup in installer work fine but when you compile a file and in .iss file there is the russian that dosen't show right it will compile wrong

спасибо за ваш ответ, но с самого начала это было «Авто...», но просто добавление дополнительного текста исправляет это!
