this board is full of jerks....I'm just looking for answers and some of the reply are nothing more then punk kids making fun of me. I'm new at this.

Please. Please keep posting your half-written, grammer plagued posts.

Maybe if you took the time to compose an intelligent post, and not just doing a "hit and run", people would be more than happy to help you out.

Jerks no, but this board is full of people who post without bothering to go through the forums to see if their answer is there.

If you do ####t looking through this forum you see that three times a day we get posts similar to, "Whats a Boot CD?" and sometime it's just too hard to explain. So you can understand why some of us may be just a tad bit irate or "jerks" when you post something similar.

Search the forums.

Shook187, when you get a little bit more advanced in burning Dreamcast games, why don't you try answering the same damned question 10 or more times per day, and as soon as you save your answer, some other newbie pops in with the same damned question you just answered, without so much as a quick browse to see if it might've been answered already.

I was a newbie just two months ago and I didn't ask stupid questions. I read the message board, searched for specific information, went to www.dccopyworld.com and read the FAQs and Tutorials, acquired the necessary programs mentioned in either the texts or on the message board, and I burned some games. When I had specific problems, I came here and asked. I never said "GIVE ME STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO BURN A GAME". That's the lazy way and nobody who's been here more than a week wants to burn up several hours of their day reading that type of question over and over, answering it each and every time it's asked. It just ain't gonna happen!

And to your statement about "Punk kids making fun of you", I'm 40 years old. Does that make me a punk kid? Only if you're 55-60 years old, I'd guess...

Get a life - take a time out and read the forum BEFORE asking global, silly questions that are answered either here or on the website at least a dozen times.

18 here - So I guess I'm the punk kid :)

I was just lucky enough to get in the fore front of DC copying when it first ####ted up. Back then it was up to the ripping groups to give you a play-by-play on how to rip DC games.

They are correct, I just went through the post today, I got to about page 15 and I've seen 30 some post of people asking the same question. The fourms are really just for advanced questions about burning. LBA and such. But even those questions can be answered by reading the NFO files or reading the rather comprehensive FAQ on f-ckseg.com
