Seems like making it ENG-only and deleting the +hd texture pack and 4k video , you can shrink it to 55.6GB

Installer looks good so just wait for this to finish and see how long takes as game is 69.7gb install and took around 12 minutes to install it.

All done and installs in around 10 minutes working fine,

In conclusion it seems the best and fastest compression method for this game is "xt_zlib+srep+lzma".

You will get the same size without xt_zlib, so it's a waste of time here, especially because this game use weak compression anyways (not to mention it is not zlib).

But I don't get why without bpk it is smaller. Have to check that I guess.

Probably duplicates, when everything was packed together srep noticed these duplicates and removed them (not necessarily srep, but within the data sets, there could be some compressible data apart from videos). This is of course my assumption.
