Method to properly compress using UltraArc by Razor

I have a bin file of ~91gb of a game and on scanning for zlib streams it showed a compression ratio of 63%.

I have no coding knowledge so I wanted to know how I could compress the file by using what Mask settings with UltraArc?

I would need to install the game for the complete installed game files but I can't play right now so thought it would be best to just compress the singular bin file.

The other pre-installation files in addition to the bin file are :-
1. dll file of 595KB
2. Setup exe of 15.3MB
3. Icon file of 15KB.
