I think it's your compression method, it has nothing to do with the installer.
You can take a look in the Best Compression Methods folder and use a different method.
otherwise I don't know what's going on.

For some games (especially big ones) I just test single files, and this game was one of it. I simply don't have the time neither the resources to test all out to the max by myself, otherwise my PC would be running 24/365 and I couldn't do anything other then just compressing stuff.

Don't worry dear Kaktor. I'm testing Razor's oo2rec method with my powerful PC :p and seems it will work!

Give this easy works to noobs like me and see if you can to find a good compressing method for arma 3. :D

Like I already said, ebo files are encrypted, at least from what I've found out. I have some sample pbo files and maybe there are modding tools or sort of with which you can unpack and repack the files (you can unpack pbo files with quickbms + pbo.bms script, but you can not repack to original), but most of them should be fine with srep+lzma/lolz. Find out by yourself.
