FileForums - how to repack

i was directed to this site by fitgirl as i want to learn how to repack games but i have searched this whole forum but can't find the appropriate resources for absolute beginners there's a post that have some tutorials but they are all complicated can you please tell me what am i suppose to learn in order to start repacking? and give me some resources and some sort of path to learn ? thank you all in advance i really appreciate any help possible
