oggencode not work in ultrarc help me please

when i use oggenc in ultraarc to encode .raw
says failed to encode i test it with alot .raw files

Because its not for raw files. Use msc for raw files.

Or scan the file with

Msc.exe s -raw=2 -wav=1 -mp3=1 filetoscan.dat

to see its mediastream content.
