burned cd won't load
 

First of all i'm a first timer, I know I have to download the patches from thi site which I did then I extract with winrar. When I click on "extract to" it say "no archives foun in selected files or folders". I try putting the patches on as is but all I get is the metallic reindeer. someone please help me.
