This intaller base on delphi not inno and there is no way that work with freearc.

I Told You.There is no way for iss file. No one have it.
because this installer made by Razor12911 for CorePack team.
We have just a sample of this installer that just working with 7zip.
The true model of this installer is not available For Us.

THERE IS NO ISS! What you don't understand?

This project was abandoned... and the thing with what Mr.Razor12911 was left... is the setup.exe itself (probably based on Installer handler dll)
