1. Download and extract the archive to somewhere (over the rainbow~)
2. Start DiskSpan.bat, type in game directory, press Enter
3. Wait for finish
4. Have fun

As always test before burn on DVD!
Extract archive with WinRAR5+ or latest 7-zip!

Very good... Great design!

Just to report.
The DiskSpan file of the post has a fix referring to the LOG file (At the end of the bat).
The one you used has this little bug when it has special characters (not the case in this conversion).
