What Program Used to Summarize Files?

I've seen this file summary display (in what looks like a database/spreadsheet form) before here at this forum.

As per the thread title, what program is used to display the summary of files (in order of file size) used in a game?

Here is an example.

Can Simorq, or someone else, answer this please?

Thank you!

Maybe my question should have been posted in the referenced thread(?)

I am aware of the XT etc commands, that is not what I'm querying.

I am referring to the list of files at the bottom of the image of Simorq's post. That image shows a list of files ordered from largest to smallest in what looks like some sort of database(?) The question is, what program was used to present that display of files?
