Instructions:
1. Install the game. Download attachment and extract (Not in game folder);
2. Move _CommonRedist to the Conversion_Output folder (Last DVD):

3. Run DiskSpan.bat, choose the compression method and press Enter;
4. Test (the new files will be in the Conversion_Output folder);

Thanks for this gem fabio!

Again I took the opportunity to make a patch for your Setup to add 'oo2reck' precompressor (as this game use oodle compression). As always, I changed nothing, only add the 'OodleRec "Oodle6"' in COMPRESSOR.ini and recompile the Setup.exe.

I didn't have tested compression yet.

In _DiskSpan.bat choose [18] for custom compression.
Type in: bpk+oo2reck+srep:m3f+LZMA-MT

PS: Replace LZMA-MT with other final compressor if you wish (example: lolz:dtb1:mtt1:mt6:d128m:mc1023).

PPS: I suggest to use UltraArc FULL version. It has all included.

I was in doubt about which preprocessor to add to the Setup.exe

Thanks for the patch and tips! Will add the information in the first post.
So, I had to have compiled this way? For this game...

Compress using method provide by KaktoR (bpk+oo2reck+srep:m3f+LZMA-MT) get 3x dvd5

Yes exactly.

Suggestion: Whenever use oodle, include OodleRec (watch out for oo2core_#_win64.dll in game binaries). XTool has oodle too, but it has bugs with big input (tough file by file works).

there is major difference between,

oo2recX toolset , poodle , xtool etc

The majority of tools Zee made are for games only, poodle and xtool are those types of tools

however oo2recX toolset si entirely different, it has the ability to go into Arc, and FAN

BUT the tool itself is generic, it will attempt to find any and all streams from all dll and all codecs and this is why its slow, additionally they perform quite badly on games, they lose ratio here and there.

PS: what is say is not a result of a research, they are actually confirmed by Zee the other day we talked about it, so , Enjoy :D

Try this

Move all 3 files to Setup.exe location and run batch file and wait for finish, then install again. No need for redo the compression.

I couldn't find srep files inside setup.exe (or I have overlooked them simply).
