2.-- Download the Conversion and extract to HD, (not in game folder)
3.-- Run UltraARC.exe Choose Input/Output folder, Choose compression method
4.-- Test the conversion, before burning ISO.

Done this and took 10 seconds to convert and 18 seconds install from a 2.47gb file...
