Minimized Unpacker
 

This program help to unpack freearc files without an installer.
Just Set and Run !

First : Place the compressed files(Example data.bin) in folder where the "Unpacker.exe" exists and don't forget to Configure the "unpacker.ini".

Second : Run it and Select the folder.

Finally : Enjoy ;)

This is not created using inno setup.
