1)- Install the Game and updates.
2)- Download Attachment and extract on your HDD.
3)- Run UltraARC.exe then Choose Game Folder And Start.
4)- Make iso files with the same name of folders.
5)- Test the iso files before you burn

each Voiceover is 1.5GB in size .... so with ENG-only you can save 8.3GB => final eng only HDD requirements are 59,6GB

With only 2 language (Englisch and German)

Don't know if you edited ultraarc.ini incorrectly or what ?! But above are what SHOULD be there for the DVD5/9 sizes.

Can I apply the DVD9 Sizes to a DVD5 conversion by changing the sizes in the ini file? Or is there more to it than that?

You can change the sizes in ultraarc.ini just remember about what content is in first output folder. Go read the ultraarc topic in tutorial section, first post
ive written what needs to be done to change from dvd5 to dvd9 or bd25. that's about it, ultraarc will write the records.ini specific to the sizes you specify
in the UA.ini file, the Setup will read the records.ini & extract from whats in it, doesn't matter if dvd5/dv9/bd25.

NEVER remove records.ini after conversion process is complete. That's why you end up with errors, as well DONT use pzlib in compression method as the game may not have streams to compress & setup will give the error message you posted. Just use srep,lzma
its enough to compress game, & not take hrs to install it afterwards.
