Have test is with DEAD OR ALIVE 5 Last Round Core Fighters Ultimate Content Set

Result are 3 DVD's

DVD 1 = 4.40 GB

DVD 2 = 4.37 GB

DVD 3 = 1.14 GB

Process started at: 19:38:42

Shortcuts do not work with the DEAD OR ALIVE 5 Ultimate Round Core Fighters Ultimate Content Set version. Greetings.

I made conversion of DOA anniversary edition and the shorcuts icon are wrong

I haven't tried the conversion yet... Does SETUP.EXE need to be updated so that the shortcut icons are pointing to the correct path and EXEs for the Anniversary edition?

Otherwise, an option would be to change the Target in Properties to point to the right EXEs for those shortcuts after installation.

The games EXE are the same as Post #8. Get BOTH files from first post.

My wrong. The icon of shortcut of gameSR.exe is blank.
It doesnt show me the icon, but the settings icon is ok

Conversion has been updated to latest version. Make sure to copy icons from ICON subfolder to game folder, BEFORE starting conversion.

Everything OK, but do you know why my AV says that gameSR.exe has trojan.
I have windows defender.
I have restored gameSR.exe from quarantines files and is ok.

I was able to successfully build the Data*.bin files with the contents of this thread, but somehow SETUP.EXE is not working for me. It creates the install directory and puts the uninstall/uninstaller.exe file in the diretory and then it hangs. I can see in task manager that it's using 50% of the CPU and memory usage keeps fluctuating, which to me looks like it's doing something but it's stuck. This happens with the SETUP.EXE from the current "DOA Last Round_03.rar" file or the previous "Setup Fix shortcuts.rar" file.

However, if I use the SETUP.EXE + AUTORUN.EXE from "Setup-fix.rar" and "DOA5_Conversion.rar" from the thread "DEAD OR ALIVE 5 Last Round 2xDVD5 CIU1014M", it is able to install everything from the Data*.bin created by the "DOA Last Round_03.rar" package from this thread, except it doesn't give me the option to install vcredist and no shortcuts to "gameSR,exe" and "startup_settingSR.exe". Not really a big deal as I can do those manually, but I just wanted to inform. I'm not sure how the SETUP.EXE from this thread is different from that other thread from a build standpoint.

you ran setup.exe as administrator, also disable AV, while installing. DONT use the setup-fix, as it was from previous version that was in first post. The script was updated to latest, so only files from 03 archive.

the 1014M version is really old thats why there is both autorun & setup in that conversion. Best to use this one, try with the settings above i mentioned.

I tried running SETUP.EXE (from "DOA Last Round_03.rar") in administrator mode and also disabled all AV. Still seems to hang after it creates the install directory and the uninstaller EXE.

Incidentally, SETUP.EXE + AUTORUN.EXE (from "DEAD OR ALIVE 5 Last Round 2xDVD5 CIU1014M") and also the 132 MB SETUP.EXE (from "DEAD OR ALIVE 5 Last Round (2 xDVD5) IC + UltraARC") threads both are able to extract and install the "Data*.bin" files created from the files in this thread, except for the lack of option for vcredist and no shortcuts to "gameSR.exe" and "startup_settingSR.exe".

That's ok though, after the install I can manually create the desktop icons. Worst case I will try recreating my own simple SETUP.EXE, just need to refresh my memory on how to use InstallerCreator.
