Changes:

1) Start in the language of your OS, then in the chosen language.
2) Detection of different languages in the game.
3) If the language of your OS is in the game, it will default, else "Select Language" is displayed.
4) Rights administrators are dedicated by default.
5) Ability to change without pseudo returned to "steam_api.ini".
6) Self-repair of the 0xc0000142 error.

Well...

Game Mode = Spielmodus

Free run = Free run ("Freies Feld" is wrong, Feld = field, so correct one could be "Freier Lauf", but some words are not that matching and doesnt make sense at all if you translate directly from eng -> ger, others just sounds stupid, so leave this in english ;) )

Start des Spiels... = Correct so far, but sounds a bit stupid, so just use "Starte Spiel..."

'Bitte starten Sie die Anwendung.' = 'Bitte starten Sie die Anwendung neu.'

I would like to know the first two letters before the file "_ base.xpak"
in the folder "zone" of Call of Duty Black OPS 3...

Location: "Call of Duty Black Ops 3\zone\??_base.xpak"

I'm not sure for:
German, Portuguese and Spanish...

English = en_base.xpak
French = fr_base.xpak
German = ge_base.xpak
Italian = it_base.xpak
Portugese = po_base.xpak
Russian = ru_base.xpak
Spanish = sp_base.xpak

Not sure about Portuguese, but i think it's "bp" regarding to other forum.

german would normally be DE not GE
