Thanks to Yener for script, Razor12911 for modifications

1. Install the game. Update game to latest version, apply NO-CD if necessary.

2. Download attachment, extract to HD, NOT in Gamefolder.

3. Run UltraARC, Browse/Select Your installed game, then choose output location.

4. Test the conversion, before burning ISO.

5. Then burn folder contents to DVDs with same folder name.

Thanks to Droppo for notification about shortcut not being there, uploaded corrected conversionV2 ( small typo in ini file ) :o

Conversion works just perfect, but game installer wont create any play shortcut on desktop nor start menu.
launcher.exe or Attila.exe none of them gets any shortcut done during installation

i have game size 29 gb but when i use your conversation finish it work perfect but it size only 19 gb after install what is missing maybe dlc missing?

The ISO is 30GB but after installing its only ~19GB, the reason is it doesn't contain all the extra languages. It compresses what you have installed, so the output will be correct, & if you installed the DLC it will still be there, after conversion.

make sure NOT running anything in background while running conversion process.

How to fixed that? just replace setup.exe or reconvertion again. Thanks for uploaded.

Yes just replace the setup.exe, no need to redo conversion

Help me ...when run ultra arc 99 % then in monitor
"Srep.exe has stopped working"
and data1.cab cannot making

What wrong ? I am trying 3 times and all stopped working in 99 %

Turn off AV, stop any background process ( IE: downloads ) If running win8/8.1 set compatibility mode -> win7. Make sure to have at least double amount of HD space, game is 40GB then have at least 80GB freespace. Also make sure your windows drive has enough freespace as well.

Make sure you READ the UltraARC topic in Conversion Tutorial section, all this has been mentioned 100X in that topic. TIRED of repeating myself in every conversion, learn to do some reading if errors come up. Your not the only one who has run into this before.

I've tried 5 times in 3 different computers
Always stopped working in 99 % ("Srep.exe has stopped working" )
I have turned off anti- virus and do not open other programs
During this time I have never encountered a problem like this
Always succeeded when performing conversion process

Then goto UltraARC topic in Conversion Tutorial section & grab 3030 version & try that one. I just prefer the 2400 version as its not transparent, & easier on my eyes trying to read it. ( too old for that ... ;) )

Just make the settings the same as what the ini file is in archive

I was same error.I solved my problem. try compatibility win7 and run administrator.

still getting srep has stopped error then grab the srep.exe from UAv3030 & replace it, try that. its on your end where the issue is, tested on 2 different pc's ( win7x86/x64 & worked fine on both ) also tested on VM for win8 & completed with no issues.

Ty pakrat2k2 tested on Windows 7 x64 and works, install, play and uninstall ok.

This conversion uses UltraARC so whatever you have installed will work fine, just may end up with more dvd's is all.

I made the conversion based on version "The Last Roman"
DVD1: 4.37Gb
DVD2: 4.20Gb

This release is standalone and it includes:
* Total War: Attila (main game)
* The Last Roman Campaign Pack
* Empires of Sand Culture Pack
* Blood & Burning
* Longbeards Culture Pack
* Celts Culture Pack
* Viking Forefathers Culture Pack

all repack tested
Disk1 4,37 GB
Disk2 4,36 GB

I tried everything too, several versions of the AU until the mod longer mark the srep.exe error in 99% and not with prayer or magic it ends, without it there is 2 DVD5 and another with 25MB

Strange that other conversions will normal even with the marked srep.exe
