Assassin´s Creed IV Black Flag - 4DVD5 (SP + MP)

1. Install Game + FREEDOM CRY DLC + Updates to V1.06.
2. Move Support folder from Installed game to ACIVBF_4 folder.
3. Remove _CommonRedist folder from game, as well as any UNINS* files.
4. Download attached file & extract to HD, not in game folder.
5. Run Compress.bat, type in your installed game folder & wait till finishes.

Compression Time 2++ HRS ( depends on PC hardware)
Install Time 15mins

ACIVBF_1 - 4.30GB Data1.cab
ACIVBF_2 - 4.02GB Data4.cab & Data6.cab
ACIVBF_3 - 4.19GB Data3.cab & Data5.cab
ACIVBF_4 - 1.55GB w/Support Folder & Data2.cab & Data7.cab

Added FIXED Compress.bat to place Cabs in correct folders.

is this include DLC Liberation HD?
if yes i want compile this right now. but if no can you make it?

my bad, uploaded my test compress.bat file... simply edit it.

two changes
set choice1= C:\Program Files (x86)\Assassins Creed IV Black Flag
change it to
set choice1=

rem set /p choice1=Select your game directory (e.g. C:\Program Files\Assassins Creed 4):

remove rem from front of line

save the file then run it.

isnt Data1.cab should be 4GB but ... in my computer its almost 7GB for somereason ._.

my specs was low end Processor ( G620 at 2.6GHz ) and 4 gigs of ram.


MY AC IV is include the lastest update + all DLC ( including freedom cry )
ac iv folder size = 28.8 GB ( 31,020,107,979 bytes )

para todos llos que tiene en problema de que su juego pesa 29.5gb o en algunos casos 23gb les paso el compresor ya editado por mi recuerden primero instalar todo el juego los dlc y el assassing freedom crack y despues ejecutar el compress.bat

"dlc_2" folder is being included in Data3 & Data6. Though may not make much of a difference since it is only 1.87MB.

no data3.lst is only 1 line *, the data3e.lst is an exception list, which is different. data6.lst has the dlc_2\*

Yeah, but the Data3e.lst in the archive does not have "dlc_2\*". It has all other dlc folders except #2.

Ok, I may be wrong but as I understand:

1) Data3.cab will have all files in Data3.lst except for what is in Data3e.lst.
2) Data3.lst is just "*" and Data3e.lst does not contain the string "dlc_2\*".
3) Hence, Data3.cab would include "dlc_2" folder.
4) Data6.lst contains the string "dlc_2\*" while Data6e.lst only lists 2 files from the "multi/" folder.
5) Hence, Data6.cab would also include the whole "dlc_2" folder.

Sorry if I misunderstood.

I have not looked at the Data lists but the * means to copy 'everything', and the 'Data3e.lst' specifies the files which have already been allocated to other lists, this means all the lists are included, so whatever files appear on Data1 and Data2 lists will also appear on the 'Data3e.lst' exception list.

So Data3 list wants to include 'everything' except what has already been copied to Data1 and Data2 lists. ;)

EDIT: I have now looked at the lists, GigaDestroyer is correct. 'dlc_2\*' should also be in the Data3e.lst.
'dlc_2\*' is in 'Data6.list' and because it does not appear on the Data3e.lst it IS being copied to both Data3 and Data6. ;)

Yes GigaDestroyer is correct after I looked at all data cabs, it can be added to data3e.lst

The file is only 1.8mb but to fair it shouldn't be in both & he was correct, I missed it in the 3e list where it should be.

3-Remove _CommonRedist folder from game.

Remove and place where it is to put on that DVD.

is NOT needed, as well as unins* files, so that's why its written to REMOVE them BEFORE starting to compress the files.
The files needed are in the support folder.

MOVE them back into game folder after conversion is done, to uninstall original version.

yes, I've done it. of freedom cry dlc + Update v1.06. but I was trying to move Data2.cab and Data7.cab to ACIVBF_4. and I tried to make an iso file and it successfully installed :D. but order installed into DVD1 - DVD4 - DVD2 - DVD3. perhaps I v1.06 Update installed capacity is fairly large, 3 GB if not wrong
