Hitman Absolution (Multi8+DLC's+Update - 4xDVD5) *CIU* - *Updated*

Based on CIU 1.0.0.3 by yener90;
Note: Even with the registry entries, you still must use the language selector. (Except English)
Ripped: Nothing; Reg entries: Included;

Remove your original uninstall files before you make the conversion.
Note: Autorun has transparent background.

1. Install the game, update, update language pack, all DLC's. (Your size will be: ~ 30GB)

2. Copy DirectX (Only files!) to HMA_4/Redist/DirectX;

3. Open InstallerScript.iss and change the first line according to your game installation path:

4. Press Compile and wait... ( ~ 2 hours & 30 min); Also, compile LangScript.iss to make Autorun.exe;

5. Move to:

Final Size: 14.6GB (Compression: Lzma/Ultra64 - Installation time: ~ 35 min)

finally that's is pretty good graphics you have here my friend just one more thing can you make the autorun smaller cause it's will big like 400x400
and did you fix that problem related to stopping the video, the photos were displayed, but the audio of the video kept playing?

The current size of Autorun is 650x650. Unfortunately if I do less will be no space for buttons, etc...
The videos are not working correctly in CIU 1.0.0.2.Wait for an update.

I have a question about these conversions where you first install the game then make it into a setup disc... Suppose I created these discs on a x86 OS (ie game was installed for a 32 bit OS), & i switch to a x64 OS later on, will these still work? Will there be any compatibility issues between the x86 & x64 versions?

Nope, works with any OS 32 or 64Bit. Even convert into a 32 Bit system and then install a 64Bit. ;)

Note: This game doesn't support for WinXP. But you can install it anyway. :D

I used the first conversion and it worked fine.(btw what's the difference with this one.)
I installed the game in French and also played it in French after the conversion without using the language selector.

Update to CIU: Autorun and smallInstaller transparent, new buttons in autorun, added some features of CIU, change frame in installer (welcome page), etc...

thx current version(1.0.438) fits nicely to 3xDVD5 with Compression on lmza2/ultra

For me work no one of Fabioddq's Hitman Conversions:
First Conversion: Game Crashes when klick new Game, load Game.
Second Conversion: Game didn't Start after Installing.:confused:
Third Conversion(this Release): "ERROR: Setup can't find necessary files" after Compile finished:mad:

Without Conversion and Original Installer all works fine. Any Idea what's wrong?

compile langscript.iss > creates autorun.exe ( add to HMA_1 ) the setup will run correctly.
also make sure 1. Install the game, update, update language pack, all DLC's. you have ALL installed.

I forgot about Autorun.exe. Sorry, I mentioned in the first post. ;)

Ok. Same like before. Conversion and Install works but if want to start the Game, nothing, really nothing happens. The Game won't start with the Conversion Installation:confused:. Registy Settings seems to be ok, I've also tried to crack the Game but nothing happens.
Got anyone the same Problem? Maybe a solution?

Here works perfectly. I'm playing now from the conversion. ;)
It has no reason not to run, so you follow all the steps? The game run before the conversion?

Inside "faltante.7z":

1) autorun.exe copy inside "conversion" folder before compile

or (in case already made the conversion)

2) setup.dll copy inside "HMA_1" folder after compile

Done that, the autorun.exe will get the game icon. :p

you need to install steam so game work for you that problem got nothing to do with the conversion you can find it here

once installed there is no need to update or login in it just install it

you dont even have to do that just use reg entry to 'fake' that steam is installed.

Same problem, STEAM did not fix the problem and still not working. Any idea?

You are missing the autorun.exe or setup.dll. compile the LangScript.iss and try again!

Step 4. Press Compile and wait... ( ~ 2 hours & 30 min); Also, compile LangScript.iss to make Autorun.exe;

Note:
Conversion tested with update 1.0.444.0. Works normally.

I have the Blackbox version. Is it possible to install the game and then running the conversion?.

I don't know whether its warez or not,but why compress sth. which is already compressed,.....u have to have a original DVD of game[bought legally] for this conversion[ because i do conversion for educational purpose only and then delete them].........

90% of conversion posted here use installed game files. Yener's converter type installers use both installed game files + DVD files.

bro, i did the conversion as u have instructed.. but the installation is way too slow... elapsed time= 56 min still at 6% , what could be the possible cause for this?

Because of compress: 30GB to 16.6GB. Or never fit on 4xDVD5.

decompress depends of your system. Here the game install in 35 min. (Core i5 750 2.6GHz , HD Sata II)
Wait for the total installation and this time will be shorter than it actually seems.

If you want fast installation, change Compression to none. (7xDVD5). Installation time: 15 min.

Your previous conversion was fine and installation took about 30 min.

Your system is very good. Try make the conversion again. Maybe it happened something wrong during conversion. I can not say...
