1) Extract 'ME3_2xDVD5.7z' contents

2) Launch Compress.bat & wait... (go to get pizza and beer)

3) Move/Copy from Game's installation folder to 'Mass_Effect_3_2xDVD5\Disk1' folder :

4) Burn or make isos with label names of your choice

1x DVD5 conversion needs to replace the original videos with resampled biks at ~45% bitrate, and to exclude the 'DLC' folder

2xDVD5 works great on W7 x86, time taken: 2 pizzas + 6 beers ;)

1xDVD5 will not work because the game has serious problems with non-original biks (I've tried to do this by few last days and on thousands ways).

The question is what's gone wrong when i've tried to use precomp+srep+freearc (mx) and couldn't fit 2 DVDs few days ago :/

Without DLC and reampling bik ~30-35% and video resolution 640x352

Wow:eek:, compression took me about 4 hours, it really is an
awesome job you did! Tested installation (took me about 15 minutes)
and uninstall on Win 7 Ultimate x64 and it works like a gem!
I just had a problem, autorun.exe not work automatically
and I had to run it manually. Any idea what to do to work?

I forgot to add ,that video fix rebuild recoded video to normal quality
I think we can use that tool in future,make biks 20% for the most smaller size of the conversion ,and after install this tool gonna be launched and rebulid the videos
maybe are master Yener gonna make something:P

supernoro you may try to edit compress.bat and replace all *_FRA* with *_INT. (with dot instead the asterisk to avoid excluding *_intro* files) and *_INT* with *_FRA*. It should work

Create the supplementary Data8.bin & Data9.bin files with Compress_fra.bat and use the new setup.exe (new registry entry added for auto-selection of audio speech, for eng version+subs the new registry entry no needed).

Note: Other users can use the batch with small changes for :

ENG+ITA audio speech
ENG+GER audio speech

replacing *_fra* patterns with your language ones

I forgot to use localized game definition files :D

the autorun show me only play and not install !!!!
and when i launch setup.exe nothing happend "win 7 64bit" !!!!!!

running the compress.bat like instructed to do it creates it !!!

"arc a -ep -w.\ .\Disk2\Data4.bin" ...etc.

So it should have turned up in DISK2 folder if the bat file completed without errors!!

Don't extract the conversion files into game folder, extract it to another location and then type the real game folder path ( where the game is installed) when prompted from Compress.bat.

Finally ... it work !! :)

First i have extract the conversion files into game folder ..the big mistake.
Now i'm making iso and burn.
it smells good
