i don't know if i did any mistakes, but setup completed without asking DVD2 :confused:
tested on Win XP SP3, using ISO created files.

correct :D
on second dvd are the language files for French, German, Polish and Spanish.
if you didnt use this langauge, installer will not ask for DVD 2.

Download attachment, extract completely(wherever you want) and launch converter.exe

with completely i mean Converter.cab, converter.ini and Converter.exe.
extract these 3 files to a temp folder.

sorry forgot to mention.
you need to have FreeArc installed :D

then you need 2nd DVD.
The audio files of spanish are in 2nd DVD.

Install the game, DONT INSTALL ANY PATCH and insert DVD
please be more careful reading guide.

But, when Update patch 1.1, you need browse to: C:\Program Files\Ubisoft\Might and Magic Heroes VI NOT C:\Program Files\Ubisoft\Might & Magic Heroes VI
Be careful when Patch v1.1 from Ubisoft! :)

unfortunately inno setup doesnt support '&' icon properly.
needed to rename it :D

dont install patch.
make the conversion without patch.

friend yener90, i installed the game in spanish language, it asked the second dvd, i put the second dvd, finished the installation....when i play, the voices are in english ,,just the subtittles are in spanish.....is good?...or i did something wrong?...thanks

tried german english polish french...all worked.
only spanish got problem.

I used the google translator.

I installed the game in (Spanish) and the game is both voices and texts in Spanish, Yener conversion is perfect.

the only drawback I've had is that installing the update is not installed on this specific route. to install the Patch 1 I have to give the installation path manually.

left an example of the game installation directory:
C: \ Program Files \ Ubisoft \ Heroes Might and Magic VI

the Pactch 1 installation path by default is:
C: \ Program Files \ Ubisoft \ Heroes Might & Magic VI

as installation paths will change by a mere detail.

for the directory problem you can do what i did except i used
Might and Magic Heroes VI DVD9 -> DVD5 Converter

same applies though
i changed a setting in the setup.ini file
after the convert was done doing it's stuff
so it will install in proper directory so updates can be installed automatically
open the setup.ini file in notepad and after conversion is done
it says this
[InstallOptions]
ApplicationName=Might and Magic Heroes VI
Publisher=Ubisoft
MyExecutableName=Might & Magic Heroes VI.exe
so i changed it to

[InstallOptions]
ApplicationName=Might & Magic Heroes VI
Publisher=Ubisoft
MyExecutableName=Might & Magic Heroes VI.exe

the game installed no problem i installed the update
and played it for a bit so all is good

I done conversion like tutorial said....but I didn't need DVD2. Installation finished without even asking for second DVD. Game works with only first DVD.

is there goin to be much difference in converting??

no worries it works fine same as normal i guess nothing really different from regular and deluxe
game except extra crap with it

Downloaded and used it without problems so far... only thing I found is that I checked the option to create isos and delete folders after creating isos and only created disk 2 iso and left me the disk 1 folder. No big problem, just letting you know about it. Now going to test the game installation. Thnxs for the great work you've done with this game...

Is there any possibility to make convertion for only one language and fit it to one dvd? and not for english? ;) i mean some guys posting that they install with only one dvd, so i think they play on english language. could be done the same for other language? ;) i tried some changes with this convertion program, but I think I don't have such a knowledge ;)

And yes, the language I'm talking about is Polish :D

Question nr 1: I would like to change the path to the patch 1.1, I wish they had the patch to the new location (C:\Program Files\Ubisoft\Heroes of Might and Magic VI), so I will not change during the patch installation. Is it possible?
Look at the attachment below, it's my setup.ini in the patch 1.1
Question nr 2: Is it possible to have more space to insert in DVD the patch 1.1 too? I need about 600mb.
