Fixed exe Resident Evil 4 / Biohazard 4
 

Sorry but it's been a long time since uploading a fixed exe to GCW and I couldn't remember where.
If this is not appropriate please remove and my apologies.

This is a no DVD fixed exe, not out in the UK yet so can't verify if it works. So feedback from those who do have it, which I understand is stateside.

I have upload the no DVD crack for 2 days.But no one have post it on mainpage :(

Empire is a very busy man with a family to also think about, he will surely add it to the site when he has some free time.
Surely you dont expect him to add every crack etc as soon as he recieves them. ;)

I didn't know the game was released and keeping in mind it's Ubisoft who ported it to PC sure it should have some pretty abysmal high system requirements like they have been doing with most of their recent games lately

EDIT I cheked the sys specs. Fortunately the specs are no so high like I thought (because Splinter Cell DA R6 Vegas uuugggh!!!!) When I see for sale here i'm gonna buy it

i don´t like the pc port at all. seen the gamecube version wich looks far better than pc. gfx is 1999-ish and same as on PS2.

you know ya'll just admitted ya dled it. since it's been leaked and won't be out for next 2 weeks

According to the Ubisoft site, a GPU with 256MB is required for HQ graphics. (which implies it'll look better than a PS2.)

I'll be very disappointed if the graphics are really no better than a PS2. I was hoping the PC port of RE4 would give us a preview of what RE5 will look like on the next-gen systems.

Has anyone at least tried this EXE if it is actually a No-DVD EXE as the NETSHOW nfo file does not mention anything about this!

OK were all grown up here, we all know warez is a reality.
That said as Grumpy has observed, I have requested confirmation that it actually works.
UK release date is the 23rd, but as far as I can ascertain it is out in the US(possibly Japan(Biohazard)) as is usually the case.

Where do you (WardoggOne) think the majority of cracks come from, warez releases and do I need to name any of these groups?

ok dudes, no mouse support at all, has gamepad support or u gotta play only with keyboard like me (u get used to it), graphics are better than the gamecube version and ps2 version, but just looks like it cuz u can turn up the resolution, but still looks very good, game is not buggy or unstable in anyway, runs smooth as ice, never had a crash, load times are about 6 seconds when game is first started and then every level transition the load time is nonexistant, kinda like diablo, game ran even without the dvd in the drive, so i guess no crack is needed.

the graphics look like halo, but with no shader fx and better facial textures and the animations are great, no lighting, and like i said no shaders

It is a no cd/DvD crack.Have test it and it work fin.You can post it on mainpage :) .

The game does not even have a protection ;)

This exe is the original file and not a cracked one.

Found this for enabling the mouse, as A7xtitan says there aint one by default.

No kidding. Lately there games have just run like **** on my rig.

During game play it shows you how to configure your PS2 gamepad ? Is this true. How funny. That pretty much would tell you this was ported to PC I guess.

I own both copies o the PC and Gamecube version (both are connected to my 21" vga monitor) and the gamecube version is VASTLY superior to the PC version visually. The PC game looks like it's a voodoo gfx era game (pre 1999), with no light sources and dysmal textures (taken from the not so good looking PS2 version).
Man... the port was so horrible i destroyed the dvd in the microwave oven. Now that's quality fun. :p (was cheap so i don't care... much! :rolleyes: )

Strange that they release a game without any protection in this day and age...

The last suggestion of the forum FAQ is to contact the game publisher. (Are you sure you have tried all the suggestions listed there?! I somehow have the feeling you didn't. Does the game work at all, without a crack?)

Oblivion also had no protection.

I think the pubsliher knew that RE4 is crap and wanted to save the money for a senseless copy protection.

@castrovilli: You can find the working original EXE on your original CD/DVD. If needed, re-install the game. If it still doesn't work, contact the publisher. (Have you read the forum rules?)

sorry for offtopic,just wanted 2 ask where can I find the unofficial patch that converts the asian version(biohazard 4)to the european one(resident evil 4).I got a patch but it's on italian,and when i try to apply it on biohazard 4,i get this message

It's telling you that it's doesn't recognise your game.exe executable. Most probably a cracked exe. Reinstall the game, do not copy the crack and try to patch it again. That should to it.

It's not a cracked exe.I've got the 2cd netshow release,and it doesn't have a crack at all.Is there any other patch out there,or am I doing something wrong when trying to aply this one?
