Hi, Dreamfall The Longest Journey German has StarForce 3.7.16.4 not Securom 7...the crack dont work for German version...pls Fix

it renames (just the filenames!) your german game data to english ones so the RELOADED crack works good :)

The crack works for the german version.
But only the speech is german then. Text & Menu is in english.

ah, thats crap, the text is probably embeded in the exe then :/

No. You're wrong.
With the crack comes a file "install.bat". With this file all the english speech-files will be renamed to "Backup" and all the german speech-files will be renamed to the english filenames.

I think you are wrong again. :D
I had installed the crack!
- Full installation, overwrote existing .exe, overwrote init.zip in bin/res, copied install.bat in bin/res, execute install.bat. Then execute new .exe.

- The characters don't move their lips! They don't speak.

yup, i can confirm that!!! first thougt it was a bug but the only one how is heard speaking are the main characters, not even the storyteller is heard!!

im not sure but I want to play dreamfall with the german crack. And i want to hear the german speeches. so what i have to do?? maybe someone can give me the answer.

same problem here... characters are not moving their lips and dont speak...

and does anyone have a fixed DVD-image? on gamecopyworld is only the cd-image listed...

Have you tried the CD image as most times they will work for the DVD version and vica versa. (most times)

Here is the solution
 

1. Full installation
2. Copy the german languagefiles (vox_de_01 - 04) and the vox_en_00) in bin/res.
3. Use the crack (1. Overwrite the .exe, 2. Overwrite the init.zip, 3. Execute the install.bat).
4. Now delete the english languagefiles and paste the copied languagefiles into bin/res.
5. Rename the german languagefiles into the deleted english languagefiles (vox_de_01 = vox_en_01 ...)

That's it! Now you have the english menu and finally the german speech.

If i remember correctly, there is no original file "init.zip".
You/we need to extract the file "init.pak" from the zip and overwrite the original "init.pak" with the one from the archive.
