\" I Find Your Lack of faith Disturbing. \"

Wow, seems that UNLEASHED have already found a way for playing this game apart from the "Windows Vista Beta 2" method! Nice to see! :D

DABhand 05-07-2006 16:54

I dont think its a good idea to post an Nfo of a warez release showing what your supposed to do with the release.

Homer Jay Simpson 06-07-2006 01:24

sounds good... but have no external drive :( so i hope for a new version of d-tools that wont be blacklisted or some one to get i work with another method thea that or the vista one...

Zulu 06-07-2006 01:46

@MontyBurns1985
Have a look at this posting. I doubt this to work properly (but i don't have USB to verify  )

Joe Forster/STA 06-07-2006 03:55

@DABhand: If this NFO is also available at NFOrce then publishing it here, too, doesn't matter anymore...

wilka91 07-07-2006 06:03

just buy the game, and take great care of the original DVD ;)

Joe Forster/STA 07-07-2006 06:07

We assume that everyone here bought the game (according to the forum rules) and does NOT want to use it (the whole point of this forum). So your comment doesn't make much sense...

Faux Carnival 07-07-2006 12:12

No.. Let's just say we bought the game and made ourselves images. (Backup purposes only.. Hehe.. :))

I'm also curious about this. I have a BlindWrite 6 image right now. I can't get it working... (I don't have the tools for that external drive method.)

Any help will be appreciated.

beastt 07-07-2006 19:12

^^^^ no point trying that ^^^^ "if u went and bought it" <<LMAO just use the disk... theres no crack and probly never will be

[QUOTE=beastt theres no crack and probly never will be[/QUOTE]

Are your very sure about it?
Most of Starforce games have been cracked ,you just need to wait.

noscript 08-07-2006 14:02

yes but most games took month or even years.

I think we have to wait at least as long as for splinter cell 3

XdaywalkerX 08-07-2006 14:36

uhm... windows minesweeper is uncracked yet - and this game exist much longer than splinter cell 3 - i hope there will be a crack in the next 100 years... seems to be the hardest protection ever

:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D

noscript 08-07-2006 15:08

you re talking shit, minesweeper was cracked with the release of Windows 3.1.

A group called microsoft removed the protection. It has been playable without cd in drive since this release ;)

XdaywalkerX 09-07-2006 03:33

microsoft u say? never heard from this group... must be a very tiny and unknown group....

uhm - i'll try to search about google....

result: 2.080.000.000 hits - damned... :D :D :D :D

dede 11-07-2006 01:24

Well, if you can ONLY have fun by playing a game WITHOUT CDRom or DvdRom in the drive, than take a good resoluton BUY ONLY GAMES with an existant and tested nocd crack. So you Have fun without any uncracked game protection for long time and no stress....:D

yeah they got busted way back...i was very sad to hear that at that time, they´ve cracked beauties like monkey island 1 and some 5 1/4 floppys. maybe they´ll comeback and crack SF4, considering that it was no easy business to crack those ancient floppys. :D

Joe Forster/STA 11-07-2006 05:04

I don't quite understand; floppies are floppy exactly so that they don't crack when you bend them...!

Mordinar 11-07-2006 05:30

I tried the BlindWrit 6 method, Burnt the BW6 Image... but the game gives me a error and asks to put in the original cd -which I lost:rolleyes:-

Joe Forster/STA 11-07-2006 06:26

Well, then contact the publisher with a proof of purchase and ask for a replacement. (Read the forum rules and the forum FAQ!)

Wolve 11-07-2006 23:20

Hope u guys and girls read the nfo.

Protection : StarForce 4

I think the 4 means a new version!

So there is a bigger problem than all u guys and girls think!

They already cracked starforce 4.You just need to install an antiblacklisting tool called Windows Vista Beta 2 , mount the image in daemon tools and play.

true... but both titles used SF v4.0.09.0 Basic without any drivers.

nonspin 12-07-2006 17:10

Chill Everyone. the US version of Flatout 2 will be out in 3-4 weeks.

FL2 (US) -> Securom 7

kosmiq 12-07-2006 17:41

I still have faith in that someday reloaded (or any other crackgroup) will figure out a faster way to remove starforce from games and create working cracks. Each succesful crack is a step closer in my eyes... :)

I haven't tested with starforce 4 game on vista beta 2 because i don't have such game at the moment but i made some tests with Rise and Fall CaW which uses starforce 3.16.7 (not basic) and got some interesting results. My MB has nforce 4 chipset and my HDDs are sata so the optical drives are alone on the ide controller.Under windows XP SP2 i couldn't run the game with mounted image. My image is good , i also tried to unplug my drives , updated the sptd driver to 1.25 but no luck. Then i tried with vista beta 2.Installed daemon tools 4.03 with sptd 1.25 , mounted the same image that i used under xp with no luck and the game started.NO need to disconnect or disable optical drives or hide them any other way.Just mounted the full image and game worked. So i guess taht starforce 4 will also work under vista beta 2 with mounted full image.

Karok 13-07-2006 05:28

I tried the proposed solution using a usb dvd drive. I bought an usb2ide adapter (google for ADU2IDE-N133), which was just cheap (with usb cable ~15 euro) and some blank dvds (TDK DVD-RW). Burned my image using blindwrite and everything works simply perfect. In addition, I will now be able to hot (un)plug my dvd and I dont have any ide drives connected. :D

Same procedure works for Rush for Berlin.

Thanks a lot for the tip ;)

What do you mean with the full image ?
I have downloaden a blindwrite image which contains 4 files, and i can mount one of them.

Did you make a new image yourself, and how did you do it (what program did u use) ?

I also have Vista beta 2 with deamon 4.03 and the 125 driver, but i can't get it to work (and also have sata-hdds)

Joe Forster/STA 13-07-2006 06:05

How big is the image you've downloaded? If it's several hundred megabytes or a few Gigabytes then it's what we call a "full image".

Zorbskie 13-07-2006 06:17

Starforce Frontline.

This is not just an ordinary version 4 of Starforce, this is Starforce frontline 4. It has been created with the help of piracy teams that have cracked previous versions of starforce. No attempt to bypass this protection software with any current emulator or burning program will work, (with the execption of the Blindwrite method). in the rumor mill there is word of a "NO-CD-EXE" for "Hard Truck Apocalypse" created by Reloaded, it is said that it also uses the same version of starforce. But also there is word of the next daemon tools release being able to work with this new starforce, lets hope that is true and that Reloaded will be able to utilise this future daemons tools for our convenience.
