hey guys is there any working crack for this game??

I was told it would be released this week... anyone knows?

why is it so hard to crack i see other games with the same protection like quake4 and civ4

There is plenty threads with your answer in them, you really need search as there are too many thread on same topic, this game is playable without cd/dvd using a mini image.

if you look at the current "wave" of RLD crack releases of securom7 protected games, it cant be long until a crack for this game gets released i think ;)

they cracked or better to say loaded securom, not safedisc with sdapi,it's erm... a little bit different.

Let them try "loading" sdapi. There are some surprises waiting for them ^^. I guess emulation for it is still the best way.

But I thought the sdapi in NFS:MW was unprotected? Or was it Civ4? I can't remember. All I know is that was it was some recent game.

true... thaths my problem iam having problems with space cant have a 2gb image in my computer...

If you read other parts of the thread, you'll realize that you shouldn't be surprised: because of SDAPI, this game is obviously harder to crack than others.

what is SDAPI

Just use the windows XP file system compression ( compress only the images not the whole partition ) and the image goes to a just megabyte or 2 and it is working perfectly.To compress file in windows XP just right click on it select Properties -> Advanced and put a mark on the option compress to save disk space.Remember that you must use NTFS file system for this partition for this to work.

I did say mini images, so what i mean maxi image, same damn thing IMO once is compressed its 1.23MB, if you dont call that a mini version of the original dvd, i dont know WTF is then.

This thread wasnt even needed as i stated, just the likes of you are too lazy and dumb to use the search function (there are multiple NFS-MW threads), then you start cursing like a retard. :rolleyes:

NfS - Most Wanted V. 1.3 - NO-DVD
 

I've seen at GCW that a NO-DVD FIXED EXE for version 1.3 has been released.
So someone has finally reached cracking the "SafeDisc 4.60" protection of this fine game! That's good! :D

But the bad thing is, it's for the JAPANESE VERSION of the game! :(

Has anybody tested the crack, yet? Does it also work for the GERMAN/ENGLISH version of the game supporting german/english language or do we have to wait for a german/english crack???

If so, there hopefully appears one, soon!!!

seems that pirate factories in japan found a way to crack safedisc. Good to know that it is not uncrackable :)

Same thing happened with Civ4... Dollars to doghnuts that the devs forgot to destroy the SDAPI in the new patch... making it possible to rebuild. I havent seen the crack yet, as I dont have an original exe to compare to, but I think thats what happened.

Lol, it works on english Black Edition, only diff i see is the chick at start is talking same eng but with eng subs added, im sure they can be turned off and there not a prob anyhow, now i dont even need to mount in daemon drive. :)

By the way theres no chance to get this Crack work on the German DVD Edition! The name of the .exe is SPEED.exe and the Crack name is NFSMW.exe! :(

I tried to rename and overwrite but nothing lead to starting the game without DVD!

Put that error code into google or MS Knowledgebase and find out whats the problem, try rebooting pc and see if that fixes.

To above user, i ran the actual crack by d/clicking it to make sure game ran after i put it in the game dir, i then closed game and simply renamed it to same as the exe i was repalcing and its still fine, so it would be "speed.exe" but i have the 4cdr black edition, not DVD as it wasnt out at new.

Try renaming file while its on your desktop then put it in the game dir accetting the msg to replace bla bla bla , lol
then actually start game by d/clicking this and if it runs and you can close game and try running with the shortcut on desktop and if it wont run with shortcut on desktop just deleted it and make new shortcut for the new renamed .exe, i dont see this been issue though but its what i would do for now, you may need a nodvd.exe

But it seems that is only a loader like the securom cracks by reloaded because a fully cracked exe would be about 50% smaller :)

Confirmed working on English version.
 

Just another confirmation that the Japanese NoDVD exe does indeed work fine on the English version.

I renamed the file from NFSMW.exe to speed.exe and replaced the original speed.exe (renaming the original speed.exe to speed.exe.bak, for future updates ;) ) and voila, all works fine. :) No more images or protection hiders needed.

As mentioned in one of the replies above, the only difference I noticed is that Josie's little disclaimer warning at the start of the game has subtitles, but that's it.

My originals are the Black Edition on CD.....just in case that means anything.

Sh1t i forgot to backup the 1.2 exe, i hope it will let me update in future.

I got this little puppy running by renaming it, and setting to Win2000 compatiblity... :-)

Just rename it to speed.exe. Also apply the offical 1.3 patch (http://www.electronic-arts.de/publis...1491&spieleid=)
It must work, because I have also the German DVD-Version!!!

My friend had a problem. The exe-file caused an error. So I startet the game via compatibility-mode (option: windows 2000) and it worked properly.

Safedisc 4 (4.5 and 4.60 version) are not uncrackable.Not only Civ4 as been cracked see also CALL OF DUTY 2,GUN are been cracked AND ALSO USING Safedisc 4.6.
Safedisc 4 is not Starforce.
I dont know why the crack groups (Reloaded,Deviance,IND,TNT,Silendgate...) havent cracked games like FIFA06,FIFA MANAGER 06,BLACK AND WHITE 2,DRAGONSHARD,NBA 06,MADDEN 06,AND SPECIALY FOOTBALL MANAGER 2006 YET???:mad:

Cracked exe not working
 

I downloaded the 1.3 patch, patched the game up, and then i downloaded the japanese exe crack. I put it in my folder, and reneamed to speed.exe, The problem is that everytime i start the exe it says "speed.exe has encountered a problem and needs to be closed" When i click on view error report it lists some things like "AppVer: 0.0.0.0, ModVer: 0.0.0.0, Offset:00000f25" I tryed leaving it named nfsMW.exe, but when i tried to launch it i still got the same error. "has encountered a problem, and needs to be closed". This happens no matter where i open the exe from, even when i open it stright out of the winrar file, or from the NFSMW directory, or the shortcut. I know yall got this to work perfectly. And i know theres something im missing. Would appreciate any help, thanks

Both Gun and COD2 were released by Activision and they basically screwed the protection over...by mistake or lack of knowledge, I don't know....Caki pretty much said it

A first look at NFS:MW gives me the impression that something similar can be "applied" here, maybe that's what happened with that chinese crack.

just rename, replace, set compatibility to windows 2000 and run...
