Onimusha 3 for PC
 

I hope anyone can help me !!

When I start the game, following error comes :

Die Ausnahme "unknown software exception" (0xc000001d) ist in der
Anwendung an der Stelle 0x007d5154 aufgetreten.

I have a G-Force FX5600 with the lastest drivers and a AMD 1300 Mhz. Have I a problem with my Card or is it another Problem.

does it work with your orginal cd?

Your processor does not meet requirements, when you buy a game read the specifications at the back of the box, if you did indeed buy it.

Now its time to buy a new computer for me. I will give the game to a friend for christmas and hope I got in new future a new computer.

But i found out you can play it in "Light Mode" whatever that is lol

I have searched through the i-net and found that the light version ist for
pentium 1 ghz. :D

I have the japanese version an when I install the game, I can not read the Options. Mabye I must try another point to play the game.

Or maybe u just downloaded the game u dumb warez kid

Sorry but nobody is that stupid to buy a game of a language u cant understand. Secondly, theres a new Onimusha 3 torrent thats on the net that is Japanese...

Doesnt mean he downloaded it, alot of people pre-order japanese games to be the first to play it.

Hi, a friend of mine said that you can actually Change the language Version of the Game, you need to find the Registry Tab for Onimusha 3 , there is a Field Labeled "Language" if you write English or German instaed of Japanese you'll get The Subtitles for that Language. Have not tried this myself...

That´s right, you can change the Language in the Registry.
It´s in:HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/Software/Capcom/Onimusha3 PC/1.00.000
There it´s a point called Language, and there u can change it to English or German. I have change it from English to German and it works fine :). They talk English and France, but the Subtitles are in German now ;). Or English what u want ;).

I know that I can change the language to german, but my problem is that i can start the game. Look at my first message at the top of the threat.

Know anybody here about the light version of this game ?

You get 2 Links an your Desktop on Install, Onimusha3 and The "Onimusha3 Launcher", if you start the Launcher you can select the Light Mode in the options, if i remember right, i will check that later.

Ok guys plz someone help me to fix The Direct3D problem
When i launch the game i have a Direct3D failed msg
i have a CPU Athlon Xp 2000+ 512Mb DDR and A Geforce Ti4200 128Mb
i use Forceware 81.94 DirectX 9.0C already installed

Direct3D can also be linked to a soundcard.

Make sure your soundcard is directx 9 compatible and make sure its latest drivers are installed.

Read the FAQ and complain at the publisher, NOT here!

I ve seen on other sites and they say that the game have Direct3d problem booting on GF4Ti GF3Ti Radeon 9200 and 9000 a patch is needed to solve it

ok guys a found a solution by using 3D Analyze 2.3

Is that the same program that you are talking about ?

What did you do to make the game work using 3D Analyze ?

you click on select and choose Oni3.exe and u tick emulate pixel shader caps
and click on run!

I don`t believe that the patch will help my problems at the top on the threat, but knows anybody here what the patch will do, because I understand the language.

DVD-Version has secuROM
 

Hi,
I have another problem. It has nothing to do with the thread. But I didn't want to start a new thread about this game ;)

I've got the DVD-Version (EU) of this game.
And it is protected by secuROM!!
No idea which version.
GCW writes that the game hasn't a protection.
I think they mean the CD-Version.
My question:
Is it possible to use the EXE-file of the CD-Version???
If yes, can someone send this file here??
And there is also a patch for this game (see Sweetsensation's post)
So maybe it is possible, that I use a patched EXE-file of the CD-Version.

P.S. My friend has big FPS problems. He has a Pentium 4 3,4 GHZ, 1 GB DDR2-RAM and a GeForce 6600 GT.
Maybe the patch will fix it, we will try it.

OK, I installed the update and I needn't the DVD now!! :)

Maybe there is a bug, that 1280x1024 isn't possible.
I choose 1280x1024 but it is 1280x720.
I have no idea if it comes with the patch...
I haven't tried it before ;)

This Patch is not for the EU Version. The Patch for the EU Version find you on the Ubisoft Homepage.

B.T.W. : The game works now on my Computer. I have changed my Processor (Now with SSE) and I can play without problems.

HOw do you do to play the game without Crack ?

Because I have the CD image (.mdf), mounted with Deamon Tools 4, I have installed the Patch 1.1 Euro and I can't play.

I must have a NOCD crack for version 1.1 ?

I played with my original !!

I have not the eur. version. The chinese version is not protect by secuROM.

I must enter only the serial nummer !!

Must be a bugger to read in game messages etc?

Did you make your image from your original? If so what speed did you set to make the image?

hi there i ve read your posts and i tried to fix this prob but it just wont work -.-
when i start the game i get a pop up where "can't find any compatible direct3D devices" is written.
i got a geforce 4 4200 128 mb, 512 md ddr ram, 1700+ athlon xp and a soundblaster live 5.1 digital. i got the patch loaded and tried it with 3Danalyze tool. at least the game started but i had no textures ...

help me out xd

Your video card is probably not enough for the game. Read the system requirements and contact the publisher.
