I would if I was gauranteed one. However, I am not going to reserve. I think I will walmart it in daylight.

I will not be standing in line but I am going to my local Best Buy at midnight to get one. They will have 266. It will be Glorious. :D

266!! Are you serious? My local bestbuy is getting 43. My local ebgames is only getting 14 (out of 40+ pre-orders)!! I wish I had as much luck as you do lol. I really don't think I will be getting one at launch.

There are only 12 stores that will open at midnight and they are each getting 100 extra. I work in Bellevue, WA and that store is on the list. 200 Premium and 66 Core systems.

My backup is Costco. I can get in 1-1/2 hours before most people but I have heard rumors that they will not be selling them until everyone can come in as it is not really fair to all.

Yah, I think that I will go to bestbuy, if that fails, then costco is across the parking lot. I haven't talked to see if they will sell on black friday or the 22nd. They just sell bundles with PGR3 though..

I thin kwalmart and target will be my next chouce after that.

NOooooo. Actually, bestbuy will be opening at 9 on d-day, and they will be giving tickets to those who go in wanting to buy a 360. If you go in without a ticket, they won't sell one to you, apparently.

A day or two? I say if you're not there when they open you're not getting one. No confirmation on when second shipment is or how many there will be either. I'm sure it will be before Xmas.

Many people on the second shipment have been getting emails that they will get theirs on december second. Only a week or so after launch, but I will get drilled by my friends if they get theirs on the first day, and I don't lol.

well guys i did the whole wait in line for 20 houres thing and get pissed on with rain for the original xbox the ps2 and the n64 theres no way in hell i'm gona do that again. i can wait for a few weeks if nessecarry for all the hype to die down a bit.

Will wait as long as it takes (upto mod chip release day)?

EDIT: oh thank god someone pointed this out to me. It says "minimum" of 20 premiums. Whew, i almost had a heart attack.

I drove by my Best Buy this morning (Sunday) and there is already a line. Only a few people but they must really want one. I might stop by about 10pm on Monday but if I have to wait longer than 2 hours in line to get one I will just wait for the next shipment.

I just got back from Best Buy and there is no chance I am getting one. They may have 266 in stock but the line is about that long and there is still another 12 hours before they open for the midnight launch. The line goes along the front of the store and down the side, across the parking lot and over to Home Depot. I stopped counting at 190. M$ really screwed the pooch on this one. Me being the pooch.

Same here, the only people that got them were those that camped.

You know, I'm gonna wait, read some reviews and stuff... and, last but not least wait for modchips to come out.
I don't think the 360 can beat the good old Xbox 1 in terms of customisation. It was the first console I ever owned (I've always been a pc gamer) and I think I only bought it because it was cheap an not that console-ish... I mean I don't need to tell you that the whole hard drive thing probably won't work that well on Billy's new baby. Guess they're not gonna make that mistake again, which is bad for me.
You know, to put it short: Xbox 1 is almost like a good friend to me. Apart from having sex it "does" a lot of things, and I don't think that the 360 will be more than "only" a nex gen console you can use to play games an watch videos. Or was the 360 this Windows-Spin-Off thingy?

I got one this morning along with PGR 3, Ridge Racer 6 and King Kong. Lucky me, I went to the Walmart this morning and they had 10 left :D . Cost me 600 bucks for the console and 3 games :o . This is a awsome console guys. Super smooth lightning fast graphics and gameplay. I think you guys will fall in love with it once you play it.

One of my friends got it on release, and I am still hearing it from him. He calls just to tell me that hes got it while I am stuck with the old gen xbox :(

LOL, Actually yes :) I live in a small town in Georgia :)

Everybody in my town was sold out in a blink of an eye! (BUT) I knew someone at Target and the store in my home town didn't sell three core units and 2 harddrives becuase the people that drew numbers for them didn't purchase them. The stockperson I knew called me and and told me about it, I said I wanted everything, I ran him over the cash and he put it on his new employees discount card with 20% off everything. I sold everything but one console and one harddrive. I ended up with a free X-box 360 and some extra spending cash with the sales:) (Jackpot!).
