Help with mini image

I have problem with a mini image. I recently download a mini image of the game cricket 2005. Whent i mount it in daemon tools nothing happens it just opens the virtual drive. Pls help me cauze i dont know much about images.
Thanx in advance

Uhm, when you insert your original CD/DVD into the CD/DVD-ROM drive, also nothing happens, it just opens the drive (or, if autorun is enabled, the setup program is launched). So what? Run the game!

Muji-FightR 12-07-2005 08:49

just mount the mini image with Daemon Tools.
If a window pops up (probably autorunfunction of WinXP) just close it.
Start the game - should work without a cd...

Man thats what i am tryin to ask. How can i run the game with the help of a mini image?

Joe Forster/STA 12-07-2005 10:40

Mount the image, run the game. Doesn't it work? Then quote the exact error message. If you want us to help you, provide more information!

Didn't you read what i wrote?
Mount the Mini-Image you downloaded with Daemon Tools 3.47.
A window pops up. Close the window (it is not important).
Run the Game (Click the shortcut icon of the game). It will not ask for CD.

It's very easy, isn't it?

Do you want to play the game without CD? Or do you you want to install it with the Mini-Image? :D
You HAVE to start the game to play it... ;) The Mini Image doesn't let your game start. It just let's the game think, it is the original...
Still don't really know what your problem might be

i downloaded cricket 2005 image and loaded on Daemon Tools 3.47, than ran the game but it goes to the blue screen with memory dump crap... I have to restart the computer. Can you tell me wasup.

Joe Forster/STA 16-07-2005 02:04

souljah, Daemon Tools - or games running off images mounted into Daemon Tools - shouldn't give you BSOD's. There's probably something wrong with your hardware or software. Try imaging some of your original, copy protected CD's, mounting the images into Daemon Tools and launching the games. If you get BSOD's with all images, yeah, there is something wrong with your PC!

Instead of posting your question THREE TIMES, why don't you read the forum rules and use the SEARCH button BEFORE asking?!

I know that u dont provide cracks or patches and I also have searched for cricket 2005 game how to run it but I have failed despite of following some of the instructions given by some users.
It gives me message that ""it has detected CD/DVD emulation software and close it .then restart the game""
But no one tells what to do with it.
I m asking for help not begging.

@Matrixvipin
Oh sorry you want to know how to start the Cricket game on your PC!
Sure I can help you.
First open your CD/DVD drive and Insert CD/DVD, then close the tray.
Game will autostart and show you the Menu.
Click on 'Play' and the game will start! Easy when you know how! :p

Look, its a lot easier to just use your original disc to play instead of whining on the forums about not being able to get a crack or a mini image to work!

Come On!

Come on people, someone must know to get the mini image to work for Cricket 2005. The main problem that I and many other people are having is that the game is detecting the use of Daemon Tools and Alcohol 120. I have tried three different mini images and the cracked exe from ************* and nothing has worked. Does anyone know how to prevent the game from detecting the use of cd emulation programs?

caki 28-10-2005 22:45

VirtualCD Hide, Antiblaxx, Safedisc4Hider, registry tweaking...
