Ok so grumpy and me though the CD2DVD thread was getting a bit... overloaded, so i'm in the process of making a website which grumps and me will be administrating, aniways, i'll post a link tomorrow when it's done. :)

Considering the Index in Post 1 is nearing its charactor limit, the time was due for something else to be started. ;)

it might be because depending where you are, the domain name might take longer to resolve, it has been there for less than 48 hours which is the standard time for the whole world to resolve the domain, just try later :)

There is still a lot of work to be done yet, and lots more still to be added to the site. :)
Most conversions are being re-written to correct the english, correct spelling, and with all the files added which are needed for each conversion. ;)
Tutorials on how to use each program will be submitted as well.
We hope it will be the one stop shop for all conversion needs. :)

If you feel that you need any help rewriting guides, doing some coding at the page or whatever gimme me a PM and I'll see what I can do.

I can sort of translate from German to English (may not be perfect but I can do the bigger part and then someone can do the last touch).
I have experience with HTML, InnerHTML, CSS, a little PHP, JavaScript and a few other things when it comes to webprogramming. But as far as I have seen there is not much of that to be done... :)

But still the offers stand and you can use it as you feel like. I'll only be glad to help.

when looking through the conversions I noticed that they are all "posted by grumpy", not that it matters to me (grumpy can have the fame for all I care :D ) but maybe you should (sometime when time allows) add a little 'thanks to <nick> for contributing'... just an idea...

thanks to authors are applied where needed, the reason why most dont is because they are all re-written by grumpy, either because they where wrong or just didnt explain right. also, about the coding, thanks mate :D but no need, its all php+sql and its what i partly do for a living, about the cookie for the voting thing, bah... was just for fun really, snatched the script from a friend, so doesnt really matter :)

Dont worry, when the actual conversion is opened/viewed the original author has either been acknowledged or will be acknowledged, its just that I havent finished yet. ;)

Great idea and easy web design to navigate around in. I hope this site is a site that continues to stay up and running and is continualy updated because if it is then it will be the ONLY site needed for CD2DVD conversions. I intend to Convert as many games on CD i own to DVD format in the near future so this site is a great help. (expecialy for people who are doing this for the 1st time). Thanks for all the time and effort you two are putting in :)

Hey guys been on this webpage and forums getting info for ages but didn't have a need to register until now.

The website cd-2-dvd is a great idea. But I can't access it directly.

I believe the IP range starting wity 59.* is being filtered out, because if I go through a proxy I can access the page.

If the admins of the webpage could fix that up would be great :)

More and more ISP's are using the IP range 59.* meaning a lot of people won't be able to access the webpage.

Well considering it it the IP that causes the problem :p

sorry to say we cant, it's whats provided by out current host providers.

Who's the provider ? I'd be happy to send them an email or my ISP.
