So german release is about 28th. Hope that one of the groups made a crack which works also with the german one.
I hated to manipulate the registry like on snowblind. Same protection.

Sure I know about online buying... But I've never heard of any legal way of buying Alcohol Clones on the web.... :rolleyes:

A crack for the english version is send to GameCopyWorld.
It's made by Hoodlum. I don't know if it works, because i don't have/want the game.

(I think the crack will be available with the next GCW-Update!)

And a crack for the update 1.1 is also there.

I can't find the crack for version 1.1
Is it also on gcw or somewhere else??

Is there any chance of there being a 1.2 No CD fix being released? The bugs in this game are annoying enough that I've had to upgrade from 1.1, but now I need the CD all the time again! Grrr... lol

Sorry folks, I got my wires crossed. I thought the 1.2 patch had been released, but had actually downloaded Stronghold "1's" 1.2 patch. S2's 1.2 patch is "coming soon"...

So go figure it didn't work :p

I found that using the new "11 nocd working" crack would crash after chapter 7 when loading in a saved game, removing the crack and using the original cd would rectify this.

Hoodlum mucked their 1.1 crack and has yet to replace it. I submitted a mini-image (with full instructions for use) to GCW. See this thread: http://fileforums.com/showthread.php?t=70169 I submitted it when I posted that, so whatever GCWs turn around time is, expect it then.
