no bull**** talking of many other sacred threads, just results please and no fixed image or something like a loader....

PS : Dont tell me its starforce 3 protected (greatest bull**** i have ever heard), its just vob + custom code, IT IS CRACKABLE!!!

as you can see at gamecopyworld.com somebody has published a *working no-cd fixed exe for english sacred plus. that guy has really restored the honor of all cracker groups. big thank you and my apologize for my rough language :p

Here I got a problem with that new no-cd fixed exe for english sacred plus... YES I can start the game, and version shown is 1.8.2.126 . I can load a saved game (from an older version) but when I try to start a new game, first I don't see the 2 new caracters ?!?! ... then, when my game finish loading the game, I see the beginning screen, then everything becomes black. I can however hear sounds when I push "escape" key ... Weird, isn't it? Anybody is having the same problem? Do you see everything that should be present in the PLUS version of the game???

the plus version of the game doesnt have the 2 new characters, they will be introduced in the upcoming underworld expansion

This is total crap. It is the same as CZECH crack only Sacred.org was replaced by english exe....thats all this 'cracker' did. He doesn't deserve credit for it....

Hmm I don't know about you but the Sacred.exe was protected by Starforce, not by VOB...

But when you are starting a new game, everything is okay??
If I don't find a solution I'll need to start a game on an older version, then load my saved game on sacred 1.8 :eek:

i hope you are talking about v1.8.2.6. becaouse no-cd posted by slickman 13.01.05. doesn't work for english/international version of the game
any clues?

i think it would be usefull if people would write theri version's name
ENG, ENU, GER, CHZ, RUS... so that the people who can solve this problem could help
slickman's patch doesn't work for ENG version for sure

I can confirm, that the CEZ/ENG version apparently works fine with GER version after

a) replacing sacred.org with the unmodified german sacred.exe from 1.8.2.6 (size 3.980.311 Bytes)
b) removing the entry for sacred.exe in chkfiles.txt

it seems to me that the sacred.exe from the CEZ patch is just a loader that simulates the sacred CD for the original program. therefore it should (in theory) work with all language versions, as long as they share the same copy protection - which in turn is very likely.

The crack posted by slickmann is apparently only good for the US version. It definiteley doesn't work on the UK ver.

This is the only game I own that I still gotta pop the CD in to play. Oh well, someday somebody will throw a bone to Brits.

BTW, who sez Sacred uses starforce?? What country? US & UK don't.....

Czech crack is made from a Starforce exe

the czech crack works fine for me, but the version nummer is lower on the right lower corner. it's not 1.8.26 but 1.8.14 :confused:

Can someone else confirm that the CZECH or UK No CD Patch works on the German version? I gonna try it...,I'll tell you about my result,hope it works ;)

Okay i have the Australian 1.8 version of this game installed.
When i try the English version - the game will start but in single player the screen goes blank and thats it. With the mutliplayer side of things every NPC in the game want to sell me a horse!!


- Even though im not a professional at this sort of thing, even i can tell the the global version of the EXE and Res files makes a difference.

I'm french but I'm playing with the UK version.
When I want to play with the NO-CD/Fixed.EXE (English or Czech) I have a error message :
"Le point d'entrée de procédure RestoreLastError est introuvable dans la bibliothèque de liaisons dynamique Kernel32.dll"

Have you tried replacing Sacred.org with your patched Sacred.exe ?

Yes.
I've tried without changing the file and with it
I've modified the checkfiles.txt (delete the Sacred.exe line)

It's because you are using WinME/9x (not XP), right ? You have to replace the RestoreLastError entries with SetLastError.
I used the RestoreLastError Fixer patch by SnD (use google to find it)
But this NoCD don't work with the UK version anyway (I have the same problem [Win98SE/Sacred UK-International version]).

I've got almost the same problem as KeyoBard...
When I want to start a new game or import the old character - screen always slowly goes black... And I can't see anything only hear the sound of the game... What is this?? :confused:

And one more thing - when I go in or out some dungeon I'm always teleported to the island with Seraphims and cann't go back... What do you know about that?? :eek:

Well that means that your Sacred.org is bad...

Well.. Few minutes ago I saw a post with the same problem and done what was written there and it helped me to solve this problem...

So this post was a result of a hurry... Sorry!! :o

I fell like such a bag of sticks!!! (EG STUPID)

how this fix works:-

1. Patch your game to version 1.8.****.
2. leave you original "Play CD" in drive. -Run game and check files.
or
Remove 'sacred.exe' from checkfile list.

3. Rename your 'sacred.exe' files to 'sacred.org' (you might want to make a backup also).
4. copy the new 'sacred.exe' and 'Caf.dll' to the game directory.
5. Run sacred.exe

NOTE: this hack works by pulling info from sacred.org, so i will bug out if you use it on you if you dont do step 3 correctly.

Thanks Gnozal, I can play now. I'm playing with this patch : "sacred_plus_eng.exe" (the UK version for me, maybe I'm wrong) and the nocd works.

Please, for the love of god, TELL us what was written in that other post and what you did!

I have the same problem with the black screen. Also in the character selection screen the characters have weird graphics.

extract from crack only sacred.exe and caf.dll

heh trust me, I got that before I posted, but I thought you were referring to another solution.

Anyway, no matter what I did, the screen always turned black, I'm using the older fake nocd image now from gcw and that works as intended in the readme of it.

I think that problem is in version file.From slickers sacred.org special build is Enu version,but ve need "eng" version.So it drop sacred wrong checksum

Does anyone have the Sacred v1.2 [US] Gore Fixed EXE? They seem to have taken it off their servers here. I would really appreciate it if someone could send it to me.

Find a solution for proper working of sacred 1.8.26 english version (eng.exe and update exe).Download slickmann no-cd crack and delete his sacred.org file.Make sacred.org file from yours patched orginal.exe.(Real .org file,not sacred.org.exe).Now put slickmann CAF.dll,cracked sacred.exe and your modified sacred.org file.Now should work fine without any errors.(Instructions how to make .org file.Change exe extension from aplication to aplication extension,rename sacred.exe to sacred.org,and return extension application, to restore all extension back on your system to normal.)

When I wan to start a game it shows me a problem with Kernel.32 dll or something and close game window...

Game has illegal copy protection,so this posted game crack for 1.8.126 is useless.When u teleport through some location in game it drops you to small island without exit.I study this,and find out that is because of cracked exe file or cheats.Obviosly the game crack posted here is wrong.And second,in game version shows after cracking 1.8.146 instead 1.8.2.126.So all this cracks for us version (eng_updates not enu_updates - "enu" is english international and "eng" is us update) is wrong.

Well.. I had the same problem entering or going out some teleports or dungeons...
I always had been teleported to that island but after that I changed Sacred.exe to Sacred.org and all these bad things get fixed..
So I don't know what's wrong?? :rolleyes:

I have english version (eng) and i do that with sacred.exe to sacred.org and that still happen,so exe is not cracked properly.Also this is CHZ version of sacred.exe.I really hope that somebody will crack this game corectly in latest update 1.8.2.126 but with english version (eng_update)

I installed the GermanNOCD crack and can´t start the game. I get this error message:
"The procedure entry point restorelasterror could not be located in the dynamic link library kernel32.dll"
What´s that???

(yeah, 1.8.26 patch installed...yes I followed the instructions in the crack-readme...)

(p.s.: when I run the updcheck I get this:
