knows anywhere were i can get a no cd Patch or a other Crack for Shrek2??

Shrek 2 does not need a crack since the CD-ROM is not required for play.

Isn't that strange, though? I picked up the game and accidentally started it without the cd. 20 minutes later i realized it. Such a high profile game and movie to be that way. You'd think that if they crammed loads of protection into a $20 game, like Pac Man Worlds 2 , that your computer would go spastic once THIS game was put into it. Go figure.

$20, now u see, thats the kinda price games should have.

But not at my System when i klick the exe the told me the is not a cd in the...
So what make i wrong.

i have make a image and loaded at with deamon but i get
"there is an emulation programm on youre system please close all emulationprogs and started the game again".
so,it doesnt run without cd :eek:

maybe the cd checks change in diff versions
hmm, u can always make an image and load it with daemon
that way u wont need a cd to play :D

Hey, we ARE reading the thread. You did not specify that it was not an English version. Maybe if you did, you would now have an answer to your question. Try posting with complete information and we will all be happy.

jayjai2001, Luciel's answer was completely on the money as far as I can see : different language versions can and often do have different protections (or no protection at all even). Try what he said : make an image with a program like A120% and mount it...

thats what u get for being polite and trying to help, he can go screw himself with the game for all i care :mad:

Its possible he doesnt have a CD drive that can properly make an image, not that he said that.

Since JayJai wrote his original post in understandable English and since his profile does not say his is not from the U.S., I assumed he had the same version as I do. If he wants more help, he should post the filename and size of the game's main executable and tell us what language version of the game he has.

scan the original .exe file with protection id and we all got the anwer about what protection the game have!

Indeed there's no crack yet..
 

It seems that UK version of Shrek2 is protected with SafeDisk V2 and CD-Emulation software blacklists but I can't find a crack either :(

Alcohol 120% should do the work. Latest is not blacklisted! ;)

Hi thanks for so many reply´s but i have make all what i can do with alcohol deamon or other emulation soft-hardware.
but nothing.I can´t play with the original cd.
i get allways the warning
"the protection has find an emulation software on youre pc please close all application and started the game new.
i have at all programms the option invite the cdr medie.
so i dont know what i can do. i´m so genervt for this f***g game that they can sich this game stecking in den arsc´h when you know what i mean.

That's the problem. It's finds emulation problems if you got CloneCD or Nero virtual driver for example. Stick with just Alcohol 120% or Deamon tools! and your problem is solved!

I Know that my English is not the best but i have proof all tipps.I´ve make an image with clone cd with alcohol 120%, but no image bring the game to run.
When i take the original cd in my cd rom device ,then i´ll get the message on youre system is an emulation software,please close all Application and started again.When i do this i get the same message.
So i hope someone create a no cd Patch,and i can Play a Game for that i have payed a lot of Money. :confused:
