im just about to get a gba for £20 pounds inc 3 car games.
i just want to know if there are some cool games for the gba?

car, shooting maybe even a flight sim if they have one.

zeldas a good game.. its the one for snes.. i dunno if u want rpgs
if u do.. then id have a sh*t load
as for car, shooting and flight..
we got:
-star x- its like the star fox for snes.. and like 10 bucks so id say go for it
-doom- just like the one on pc.. so if u like that.. go for this\
-tony hawk.. sweet graphics.. kinda fun.. if u like tony hawk or any of those kinda games
-contra - if u loved contra it on snes
-super mario world - if u loved it on snes also
-mario kart - once again if u loved it on snes
-donkey kong country - another love on snes
-driver 2 - ehh kinda good.. ur basically doing missions in a time limit.. so if u like that, go for it.. if ur lookin for a gta.. look elsewhere
-earthworm jim - great game like on pc and snes also

Hey seaney.....is it the new GBA SP, the older GBA is just as good but it doesn’t have an internal light like the SP does, the SP also has an internal rechargeable battery that lasts a long time. If it’s the older GBA then you’re going to want to have an afterburner installed so you can see the damn thing. You can also get rechargeable battery packs for the older GBA's, and are recommended if you plan on installing the afterburner. I put the afterburner in mine awhile back and its like night and day (pun intended), so much better to play, even in the dark!

As for driving games F1zero is hella old but fun! Also as a true Spyo fan I like all the Spyro titles.

Well I just looked at the triton lab page again and saw this.

That’s too bad, because there are still many people out there that would like to have this product in there older GBA. Oh well maybe a copy cat will come along.

Mine came with an instruction manual on how to install the light. And yes it is a little tricky.

seaneyb2003 I got my backlight fitted at Electricbirdland cost me £30 but might be more now, great service and fast turn around :)

costs 12.50 and they dont have any afterburns:mad:

yesh i couldnt find a gba with an afterburn on ebay.co.uk so ive bid for a gba with a after burner in the us v cheap 11 pounds cheaper than the the kit!

Sean.... if you’re going to buy a whole GBA.....why not just get the new GBA SP? It already comes with an internal light. The after burner is for if you have the older style GBA already and want the light. Don’t buy an old GBA just to use the afterburner with it when you can get the new one that already has it. Or better yet wait for that new new GBA that’s going to have two screens! What’s it called again?
