got my a06 today
 

but none of my record porgs work with it :mad: i downloaded the upadte for RNM and it still dont work and that was the only update on the site and nero wont do dvd just cd i dont know why and prmio is just like RNM i dont think it has a update so any body know what to do ?

You are using 4.50 right? And you installed this ? What vers. Nero you using?

Anybody know if there is a demo of Sonic RecordNow so that I can update the tutorial on my site? Cheers,

Yeah Ive heard that RNM doesnt recognize the AO6. I may be wrong though.


Hey Biggie, you think if we download the update from the Sonic site and try to apply it to the Stomp version things will work out?

RNM shows this as the ver 3.0.0.1249 and i went to there web page and got the only px update it installs but still dosent work

nero ver is 5.5.10.7

Evo go to the site and download the update to RNM v4.5.

Then install the PX-Engine which was posted above...

wierd i got a 106 and it shows up on rnm

it worked :) only thing is i had the full ver of the last this ones a demo grrrrr now i will get nero 6 also cause some games dont like to work with RNM unless the updated one fix that prob :)

now i await my 4x HQ media these look like they used the same dye as riteks i will let u know on the quality of them

4.50 fixes the probs with some games the 3.x had. Just install this and it will upgrade you from your old 3.x to the full 4.50.

well i got RNM working now it wont burn my dvd-rs no faster then 1x grrrr i read on a site that this burner only burns g03s at 1x i wonder why this is and is there a fireware that will fix this problem cause i would like to burn my princo dvd-rs and g03s at 2x i did a search on a06 firmware i seen a few of them but i dont know which to use and the safest cause i dont want to screw up the burner

and i been haveing trouble all day logging on this site it says some about MYSQL i cant figer it out is it the site or my pc its been doing this alot lately

You want firmware v1.07 - RPC-1 + 2xDVD-R + 12xRip, which you can get here

cool i started off using bulkpaq and there awsome i now use traxdata only 99 pence a disk but the bummer is it writes at 1x i heard there is a hack for the 106 which mans i ccan burn it at 2x

well i got 100 pk of HQ order and the charts shows that it burns at 4x with a a06 so im waiting on them disk :) but i like to burn my princo dvd-rs for movies at 2x :)

now aftr i upgarded fireware my outlook wont recive mail grrrrr :mad: :mad: is there a way to go back to the fireware i had ? cause i tested the mail it worked fine then i email my own mail with another then it screws up :(

Ok it is not called fireware, it's firmware. Check out www.firmware-flash.com . Everything you need to know about firmware can be found there.

hey bighap how good dose ur a04 work with ritek g03 ? dose it burn 2x cause im thinking of selling my 2nd tobisha and get a a04 i dont need another a06 cause i dont plan to burn + media so theres no need paying extra for it :)

o i meant a05 do u know if these work on doing ritek g03 at 2x ? which i will prob use it for 4x only but u never know when i would need to do 2x

1.)Bulkpaq are not awesome. They suck. Just because they work for now it don't mean that yr ps2 ain't strugglin to the max to read them and shortly it will stop readin them an most other dvd-r as well.

2.) Why don't u just buy Traxdata 4X dvd-r? They backup at 4X and work perfectly every time.

An I can reccomend the hacked firmware that "Biggy" linked u to. It used to take me longer to read the image off the dvd than it did to write it back onto dvd-r with the official firmware. Not anymore! It rocks

can it screw your drive up i dont wanna bugger it up u know i payed 128 quid for it. dude that was when i first had my drive i didnt have a clue you know but im using riteks now

yeah i read that on another fourm some dude used a hacked firmware and it killed his buner in 8 months i think i will just start buying riteks g04's there only 105$ shiped for a 100 pk 4x thats not to bad

hey bighap the firmware u linked me to that was made by pioneer or was it hacked ? cause i read hacked firmware can kill a burner and i found a patch for RNM to fix it where i can burn riteks g03s an princos at 2x with that firmware on my a06 i just want to be sure that the firmware is offical b4 upgarde rnm and the firmware again

It's hacked. Almost all Pioneer owners used hacked firmware. And it is not just hacked firmware that can screw up your drive. You void your warranty even if you use official Pioneer firmware.

i use a Pioneer a106d it writes at 4x on datasafe disks dvd-r/rw with RNM works all the time have you update/checked your aspi layer some times this helps with out of the box firmwear

o i just heard from a guy on ownz said he got firmware on his a06 and it died with in 8 months so it had me scared to use it thinking it will kill my a06

8 months? That can be the lifespan of a burner. No proof the firmware is at fault.

ok i think i will update it then i also find a RNM up so it should burn at 2x on my media

i got it working now it burns 2x :) i got a updated dll file that makes it change on RNM from max mid slow to were u can pick 1x-16x and body need this i can link u to were i got it i seen a few post on here were peps said they can only do slow mid fast and wondered how to fix that.
