Fussball Manager 2004 by EA Sports

I am currently looking for a nocd-patch.

The game was released yesterday. Hope somebody has been working on it.

Thanks in advance.

JoyBoy 27-11-2003 05:26

I'm assuming Fussball Manager 2004 is the German name for Total Club Manager 2004 (Also released this week). Try using the crack for that game on your game.

wildsau 27-11-2003 05:50

Yep, you are right. FM2004 is the German TCM2004.

Thanks, I will try the TCM ones and post my results... :)

krondike 27-11-2003 08:31

Why is it protected with CD-Checks? That isn't like EA Sports.... I was suspecting SafeDisc 3.15 or something.... and ar the game in 2 CD:s? Like I said, EA have releas a ground breaking game. Other game is protected with SafeDisc.....this one have CD-Checks and Total Club Manager 2003 is only 1 CD.....this one have 2 discs..

TheVisitorX 27-11-2003 12:18

Hm, I think, the english crack doesn't work with the german version...I overwrite the "GFXCORE.DLL" with that one from Deviance Release, but when I start the game, I get the "please insert cd....." message...Or is this one not a nocd-crack?

Does somebody have a crack, that works with the german version of tcm...(nocd, not for backup...)? thx in advance...

sorry for my bad english :(.

wildsau 27-11-2003 13:27

Didnt work for me either. So I did a backup of my game with clonecd and clonyxxl.

CD1 is no problem as it is the setup cd. CD2 copied well but when I start the game with the genuine gfcore.dll it stops with the EA Sports FM 2004 splash screen.

So seems as if we have to wait for the nocd.

Is anyone working on it yet?

Thanks in advance.

krondike 27-11-2003 15:23

still need a fresh report on what protection it realy is. Splashscreen and CD-checks... with some .dll file... this sounds wierd.. :p

TheVisitorX 28-11-2003 02:02

Hm, I read in an other Forum, that the FM 2004 / TCM 2004 is SafeDisc 2.9 protected and the protection is only on CD 2 (the game CD). But I don't know whether this is correct...

I hope, somebody will release a nocd crack for this game...

wildsau 28-11-2003 02:15

Yep, that's correct. Dont remember exactly about the copy protection, but afaik it's SD 2.9.

So when I copied CD2 with CloneCD and ClonyXXL setting (8 skulls) I had no probs. But when I booted the game it hang up on the splash screen without any error message at all.

As I said before the tcm-crack had not been applied yet!

TheVisitorX 28-11-2003 03:04

So, it works now on my PC...

I make an ISO-Image of CD 2 with "Alcohol 120%" and "Safedisc 2" Option, then I mount it with "Daemon Tools" and it works fine here, no freezes, nothing!

cdkiller 28-11-2003 03:10

splash screen should be safedisc3 with the message
'Please insert...'

Sounds fine! Which Alcohol version are you running? I am not too familiar with it and have never seen a "safedisc 2"-option...

TheVisitorX 28-11-2003 03:16

I use "Alcohol 120% Version 1_4_7 Build 1005"!

You know what they say; "a great game, have many names" :p

i still need a no-cd-crack for fußball manager 2004
help me pleeeeease

wildsau 28-11-2003 04:59

Update 1.1 has just been released.

So I think the Daemon-Tools solution is the most apropriate one.

TheVisitorX 28-11-2003 05:17

yes, definitely

TheVisitorX 28-11-2003 05:46

Deluxe, try the "Daemon Tool" solution...

Deluxe 28-11-2003 05:55

what is the "daemon tool solution"
i made an image of cd 2 and what to do now?

TheVisitorX 28-11-2003 06:05

Make an image with Alcohol 120 % (data type SafeDisc2)(bin/cue)...then download and install "Daemon Tools"...start "Daemon Tools"...right click on the red icon and then "Virtual CD/DVD Rom" -> Device x: -> Mount image and then search/select the FM 2004 image on your HD...done! The CD 2 is now in the virtual cd/dvd drive and you can play the game by click on the *.exe :-).

wildsau 28-11-2003 07:14

FFS this works! Great.

I did it with an ISO-file but it works anyway.

So I a waiting for the big megapatch with all the data and the Oberligen and will start the game then!

Danke schön! ;)

Deluxe 29-11-2003 01:37

has somebody a no-cd-crack for me, in need because i habe just the game installed and not longer the original cd. and so i can't make an image, anymore.

JoyBoy 29-11-2003 04:24

Well then, Deluxe. Ain't that a shame. This Forum is for LEGAL BACKUPS. You no longer have the original yada yada yada....

lee_uk 29-11-2003 06:57

BlaCkHuNTer 29-11-2003 14:13

HawK_29 29-11-2003 21:47

Only works if you do a 1:1 image from your ORIGNAL CD!
