Temple of Elemental Evil (post-patch)
I was running the game from my hard drive quite nicely using the first fixed-exe available on GCW, but last night found a new .exe on the company's website (patched version). Does anyone have the un-SecureRom'd version of this .exe, or do I have to go back to running from my slow CD drive again??
.
Yeah you will need a new fixed exe...just as I do. So now all we have to do is wait till one comes out.
It would be nice if Atari releases a No CD for this version also.
Crack has been sent to GCW, no idea if it's a nocd.
where is it??
I SENT it to GCW, now it just has to be put up. Wait a bit.
itīs nocd...
does someone know when the next update on gcw is ?
GCW doesn't seem to update that frequently. Expect to wait until the end of the week at least.
Sometimes its every day, sometimes its every eon.
man that sucks i bought that damn game and cant play it from cd because the copyprotection doesn't recognize my cd.
i waited 3 weeks for a patch to get the damn gamestopping bugs fixed and now i have to wait even longer for crack. |
ftp://ftp.infogrames.net/patches/toee/
The official patch and official "securom fix" that rumor says was a no-cd fix for the original version. So maybe they will make a "securom fix" for the patched version of TOEE. But they will have to get complaints first. |
.
Well... then let's complain!
damn doesn't anyone have this patch somewhere else? i'll even host the damn thing... waiting for gcw is ****ty.. they need to let me update it, i'll do it everyday!
Here's the updated crack:
http://site.voila.fr/toeecrack1/fdx_toee.zip http://site.voila.fr/toeecrack2/fdx_toee.zip http://site.voila.fr/toeecrack3/fdx_toee.zip The site I'm hosting on has limited bandwidth so I added a couple mirrors. If you get a message in French, it's out of bandwidth. If all three die, post a message and I'll upload the file to new sites. |
thanx m8! you did me a great favour

Hello,
its not wirking with both of the fixed exe's. The frist one from GCW and the one ratburger shared with us. when i start it, it just flashes in taskbar and quits. With original and the one from FTP Site it asks for the CD. OS: XP Prof SP1, Geforce 2MX, 512MB RAM, Athlon XP1800+ I tried everything in "Compatibility" of ToEE.EXE but nothing works. I cant find this as a general Bug in ToEE on Atari site so i think it might be related to the fixed exe. (sound/display drivers are actual version) I didnt try the TOEE.EXE from the FTP Site before applying the path. Should i reinstall and test this? I dont mind about playing the actual patch level, i finaly just wanna play it. Help pls Rag |
thanks a ton ratburger!

guys I have a question, I am new here and all, so please forgive my ignorance...
I have the crack version of Temple of Elemental Evil. Downloaded the patch, and it updated some files then have an error in a certain file. Is the patch corrupted or is it bec. my .exe is crack? I tried to reinstall the game with the original .exe, and yet, same error. Also, as earlier mentioned, in the ftp of atari, there is a patched.exe, what is it for? I thought when you install a patch, the .exe is automatically updated. thanks! and ratburger, the sites are closed already... can you add some links? thanks! |
