This patch is primarily a content upgrade which modifies the Japanese and US forces in the Pacific Theater. It also introduces a new map for the Pacific. This patch also includes a fix for the CD-Swapping issue introduced with 1.45.

Invasion of the Philippines
In this new conquest map for Battlefield 1942, naval warfare and infantry island invasions take center stage in a raging firefight for the Philippines Islands. The shallow water between the islands act as a barrier to the invading Japanese Destroyer, but is no problem for the fast patrol craft used by either side. In some cases, islands are so close together that infantry can wade between them.

The Invasion of the Philippines map introduces two new vehicles: the Elco 80 PT Boat for the US Marines and the Type 38 coastal craft for the Japanese. These fast patrol craft are the most heavily armed for their size in either navy packing torpedoes, machineguns and sea mines into one pint-sized warcraft. With their size, speed and manueverability they bring naval warfare into knife-fighting range. From fast naval action to beach invasions to fierce jungle combat, Invasion of the Philippines brings a new intensity to the battlefield.

Impact on MODS
Following is a list of changes which might impact mods currently in development: New Animation State - ClipEject. Allows proper reload animation for M1 Garand (which cannot be reloaded until it's empty).
New Projectile Material - Both M1 Garand and Type 5 rifle use a new material in the damage system.
New Army Skin - US Pacific Theater Army changed to US Marine.
New Armour Material - PT Boats and dinghys.

OK, this is the one and only thread thats gonna be kept open for this patch. If a crack becomes available, and somebody is willing to share it with others, do it in this thread. Otherwise just be patient enough to wait for GCW to update.

It's a nocd patch or isn't the entired patch (143mb)?

The original DOX release is HUGE as it includes the full 143mb patch too. Dont ask me how well this crack works or whatever as I dont play BF1492 at all. But heres a quote from the NFO...

The crack archive on its own is about 4mb...

Do you think you can extract the crack that's it's about 4mb from the entire patch. so we dealing with just 4 mb and not 143mb.. :p then I can host the file for a little while!

Thats what has been done.. You must be crazy to think I would be willing to send a near 150mb file around on email. :p

But yeah, drop me a pm with a email address that can hold at least 4.1mb and I'll send you the crack.

A friend and I both tried this and whenever we try to join servers it says "Data differs from server"

We both used the incremental patch....shouldnt matter, but maybe the full patch did something different?

Also neither of us have the deluxe pack, but instead the game and the road to rome expansion separate.....

I have installed the incremental patch and everything works. Maybve because the server u are joining is Pure ?? I dont know ...

Tried 5 nonpure servers and same thing..
could it be, because its not Deluxe Edition, but instead Battlefield 1942 + Road to Rome expansion?

Hehe don't worry, it's works with Rode To rome and only Battlefield 1942.

Before there was a problem with bf1942.org file. And some bright guy came up with idea to test 1943.exe istead of the .org file. (it's related in the cracked .exe file) and data was by pased diffrent works.

If you download the BIG one it's realted to bf1942.org in the cracked bf1942.exe.

If you download my patch, it's realted to bf1942.bak in the cracked 1942.exe file. Becuase when you patch the file it's autoamtic backup your file to .bak. I thought it was easier...and maybe that's why it works bether and by pass data diffrence...:D

I get "Data differs from server" here to, using krondike patch. and I cant unzip bf1942.exe from quakergamer patch. winzip errors. grrr.

None of the cracks work...i get a DDFS-msg when i try to join a server(even non-pure) and ppl that try to join my server also get it.

Had 1.45 and used the incremental patch.

same problem with RtR and SW.

the Crack (ca. 4MB) work perfect for BF v1.5

did you use the incremental or the full patch? ...for me none of the cracks work :'(

I always use the full patches and never had problems with any crack...

i use the full update.

OK looks like you MAY be trying to join an 1.45 server OR you have modified your files (Maybe you are using Merciless MOD, etc). Try to join EA servers. For me, it works perfectly with the 3 games (BF1942, SW, RtR)....

Hope that everyones know that, the patch theme self aren't the crack. mod.dll files and the other .dll files most also be extracted to there folders. and .dll is cracked immerson, and .exe file is base on immersons crack and have only been modify so it's relate to bf1942.bak and not bf1942.org.

@krondike, i have not testet your crack :)

Hey, i fixed the DDFS error, at first i thought that the BF1942.org was not needed, but when i put it in the folder it worked... i think that was what klondike was getting too.

It's the big crack that's are including bf1942.org and bf1942.exe
don't inlcude any of these 2 files. But in cracked bf1942.exe is related to .org file! In my patch I've change the link to bf1942.bak becuase when you run the patch, it's automatic do a backup of your original file to a .bak file! :)
