Has anyone tested the new NO-CD-Crack from Gamecopyworld? Does it have the same problems like the one for 1.4 with "data defers from sever"? I had a lot of problems with that one so I don`t want to patch until I Know.

I Installed the NOCD but I couldn't connect to sever, but I changed the Mulitiplay gamesply.host file with my old one and was able to connect with no problem ??. Beats hell out of me why it worked with the changed file. Thx guys ever who made the NOCD the last time I thanked the guy which name was on download site, and got blasted for given credit for being the person that didn't do it.So ever who you are thx,s. a bunch.

Personally, I didn't think it was fair you got blasted for that, after all you're only trying to thank, right ? Unfortunately there's lots of cheap ass copycats in the game cracking business, so people are (understandably) a bit touchy about it. In any case, don't worry about it...

on which mirror of gcw is it? i cant find it...

i've tested the one by iMSDOX, but i could connect to online game servers, but the lag was terrible. it was not internet lag, (T1 connect) it was video lag. certain patches, like for 1.4 by Krondike, and Joschiv did the same thing. by i found one that work perfect, not i have to wait again.

I TRIED to download the patch from gamecopy world and all the mirroir site but all when i tried to unrar it it said that

download it again, it worked for me.
be sure u have the latest winrar v3.20

NO Crack for second Addon needed. Its version 1.45.18! I got installed, changed DLL´s ... WORKED! Its the german Release version, but i think in other will work too!

hey, the immersion crack also lets you change mods from the main menu without crashing to the desktop :)
no more need for shortcuts :)

Getting the evil "data differs from server" lark on my install. Used the full update of bf1942 then added the NOCD. Think I might have to do a clean install again :mad:

Where do i put the xpack2 folder from the 1.45 crack?

I dont see it in orginal

xpack2 i would think is for SWoWWII

Uninstalled BF1942 and RTR then deleted the main folder.
Installed BF1942 then RTR and added the 1.45 (full) patch.
Made backups of the files that the NOCD replaces.
Copied the NOCD files into the BF1942 folder.
BF1942 loads fine.
Setup a 1.45 dedicated server using the BF1942 dedicated server install on a different computer.
Tried to join and got "Data Differs"
Tried to join an EA online server and got the same result

I have installed BF 1.45 on both a server+client in my lan, and then the immersion crack. No expansion installed.

isn't the new crack för 1.45 a fake? It replaces with a 4 kb file and when I'm starting up the screen goes black and back to win again.....somebody help me or does anyone have a working 1.45 crack?:confused:

Where did you get the FILE from?

Dont forget to download the right file? NOCD by immersion!!!!!!!

change 'renderer.allowallrefreshrates' to 1 in your videodefault.con

crack works 100% (i have german version, but english language installed) even on the official EAUK servers (they are even running in 'pure' mode! )

This is curious, but it worked for me:

Try to save the original bf1942.exe as bf1942.org.

what am I doing wrong? the .rar file only includes a "Mods" map and that's all. I've replaced my old "Mods" map with this new one and now it doesn't work. The only file that's being replaced is "mod.dll" and it's only 4 kb big.....?

update your version of winrar!

Well I use wanace 2.5 and it ectracted to the 1942 dir with no problems.even put the 2xpack in lol.But I had to replace the hostgamespy.dll befor I could connect . The first time I ecxtracted the nocd crack I used Xace and only got the 4kb mod.dll I think that is your problem,you haft to get winrar.
My problem I had could be I used winace and it misread a file and that is why I had to use the other file from the old nocd!!!.

Same problem here.I was using nocd on v1.4 with no probs.
Incremental patch refused to install so I got the full 107mb form official site.
Totally uninstalled game including all directories and folders.
Reinstalled game.
Reinstalled Road to Rome.
Patched to 1.45 with official patch ok.
Manually copied all mod.dll's,bf1942.exe,bf1942.org &gamespy dll into correct folders.Left out exp2 as obviously I don't have yet.
Game now crashes to desktop on starting,never mind online.
I have a genuine retail cd key which I played online with on 1.4 with never a problem.
What am I doing wrong guys?

you need to do this after every new patch as they always reset this setting !


After the 5th or 6th patch people should know this, i think :confused:

Man I was having a rite dumbass day yesterday and I didnt snap out of it until I got home from work. Found out on my home computer what I was doing wrong on my install of the NOCD. Thinking that the bf1942.org was there for people that dont backup their bf1942.exe and can revert when a new patch comes out I didnt copy it to the main folder as I had a nice neat backup of all the files that the NOCD replaces. How silly of me. LOL
Runs like a dream now.

Thanks go out to GCW for having such a great network and also the people involved in making these cracks.

BTW did you know that many peoples BF1942 CDs are breaking in their CD drives as they have to have them in to play the game (if they dont know about NOCDs). EA are aware of it and state its user error thats causing the break even though its only the BF1942 CDs that are busting.

I don't know anything about what you talking about, Hell If I new that a hot topic of warez it wouldn't been released at GCW with the nocd in my book;am i right !!!!. I haven't broke any kind of rules that I know of, I only mention what was installed in my 1942 dir from the NOCD I downloaded from GCW. The only thing I can remember doing wrong was maken a bump in a covert way,this past week and was corrected on it, and correctly so.
nothing personal here just expaining my reasons for mention what is bad to mention.ever what that bad is.
BTW I,m lost when it comes to all this stuff I just use the nocd,s so I don't haft to hear the CDROM whin, and I thx the guys are doing a good job so I can keep my sanity.

I don't think krondike was referring to you, Sharkmeat. And if he was, he can pm me with an explanation 'cause I sure can't find anything wrong here. Yes there are people talking about the 'xpack2' directory which is included in the new crack, but as far as I'm concerned that's ok. Now go along and play nice children ! :D

And you said something about Xpack 2... :o but if I'm wrong a deeply sorry for what I said to you Sharkmeat. Sorry :( I've gonna delete my post right away!
