Hopefully with the will of the gods... ahem mods (btw, Rincewind, were you mod last month or last 2 months when i came here last time?) they won't close this thread and will keep it as the single one open.

I was considering opening an 'official' thread for CM4 myself considering all the dupes that WILL open...

Anyone else who creates a new thread for this game will from now on be banned.. ;)

it's hard to understand for somebody who doesn't play cm4, anyway sorry for our spamming.

i'm sure u don't let us wait so much for a no-cd as the one of SI games let us wait for the ep4 (and not only).

Same here, I thought the exact same thing 5 minutes ago.... spooky ! As it is, I've already deleted two dumb cm4 threads without any worthwhile content WHATSOEVER and closed another three. I'm seriously thinking about banning too, but I suggest we reserve that for those who persist and just delete/close the first timers.

Edit : the rules are there for everybody, and that includes the cm4 fans. After all, do you guys really want to be called HOOLIGANS ? Thought not...

Make the CM4 crack by yourself
 

First,install the EP4,then take the file CM4.exe which has been update to 4.07 out.Use winiso,let CM4.exe to CM4.iso.now,read the ISO by Daemon Tool.then you can Play the Game.

It means make CM4.exe to CM4.iso by WinISO,then read CM4.iso by Daemon Tool

d day: im guessing your cm4.exe is quite a few hundred megs? if so, im also guessing you dont own the original heh

well the other thread is closed so i guess i should post here, the method posted below was dodgy, when it was creating shortlists it says " copy protection failed ", anyone got passed this?

the ISO file just includes one file:CM4.exe,no other files.

It does not work for me and on my last attempt my pc restarted itself(oh dear) can someone e mail it to me.

by the way, a new version is out without the "washing up" bug.

Just to clarify, demon means a new version of EP4 was released an hour or so after the original version of EP4 was released.. You can read on the official forums as to why a new version got released, its pretty funny...

yeah what happened is (just cant close my big mouth) the game came out with the stats washing up instead of crossing.
(probably because they feel the jerseys are now very important in 2d)
anyway, the new update will change all that.:) :D

After I had failed several times, I finally managed to convert it into ISO. And now it works like a dream. Thanks D-Day :)

When are you going to get it? There is no 'proper' crack for this patch yet... Use D-Day's work around until a real crack turns up - BW

it works but i still get asked for the cd, maybe if I reboot it may go away.

You need to have the CM4.iso that you have created loaded on the daemon tools virtual drive, then run the cm4 as usual, it will check for the original cd and will "find it" on the daemon tools fake drive so you can play.

i tried the iso way but everytime i look the f drive which it made just says cd and has the patch in but i cant see it.

So ive give up and just wait till the patch is posted on here
