Can anybody please make a cracked server for 1.2 please? Both me and my friend are using the same cdkey and we cant play together. We are desperate to play some co-op games. Some help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

I'd also like a 1.2 cracked server patch. Same as the one that was done for 1.0 :)

HM, I Think, the patch is away from the Downloadservers... Only the US Patch i can find! 3DGamers alos didnt release.....Like my friend sayed (he got the patch and crack)there is again the CD Key server Problem....(You must be online to play in LAN). Hope krondike will fix it again.....

I gonna fix it soon. I know how and it will not take long. but Iam thinking that I might make a patch for it. and not releas the .dll file.. ;)

Was it wrong to request for a cracked server patch? Then why was the 1.0 cracked server patch out on gcw in the first place?

So with a server patch people can join your server who dont have a retail serial? Does the server still register ok with the master server and appear on the server list for anyone to join?

just a note: the 1.2 patch enables blood effects on the German version of RS :cool:

I have now done a 1.2 LAN fix. It has been made around 1 day after the patch (the same day I got the patch) but I have bugg test it and try to do a nice NFO and compress the .dll file. And haven't got any internet connection becuase I played the nice game in a private LAN with out any internet connetion so I haven't been around here for a while. I think I wrote my releas day in the nfo the 18 of may but I releas it a little bit earlier.. :wink:

Quick question from someone somewhat new to NO-CD patches...

I just ordered the Raven Shield game and downloaded the 1.2 patch for it. However, I am trying to pick which NO-CD patch should go with it. I see there are at least two listed for it here.

First off, which would you recommend and two, what is the file - CORE.DLL used for?

Yeah, I know that. Been using such patches since this last summer/fall. Just wondering which one is the best for the 1.2 version of Raven Shield and what the second file is used for? Seems some Raven Shield patches have it, others don't...

Oh well, I have been using such files for awhile like I mentioned above, but just found GameCopyWorld and Megagames a few months back. Only now though, am I in the midst of another PC gaming binge run. So, here I am! ;)

BTW, anyone know of a good place for trainers? Can't seem to find any for a few particular Star Trek games I just got and suck at them enough I could really use said form of cheating... :D

The ones without core.dll you prob still need the CD, just a fixed exe allowing you to play from a cdr. where as the no cd with the core.dll is a full no cd.

Seems that I need a little more help. The copy I ended up getting says it's an english version, but it's most defintely the UK edition considering it's their rating on the package and it's not the same artwork over here in the states...

Anyway, I went ahead and re-downloaded the correct patch, but now need help figuring out which NO-CD patch is required. Sheesh, if it's not one thing it's another. :)

I am assuming that the patches listed as English will work for both the US & UK versions, right? ;)

the patches seem to work on US and UK versions. im on US version and ive given the patch to ppl on UK version and it all works.

Nice work Krondlike. I knew I could depend on you, that's why the first thing I did was look for a thread on Raven Shield. Just in time too, we're going to the LAN place to play tomorrow, and I want to try some new maps, like Mog.
And for those of you wondering, yes, I do own the game. 2 copies in fact, one for each of my computers. But I won't dare use my actual copies at the Internet Café. I simply don't trust those places, therefore I just use the cracks.

1. what is needed for a (internet server) to be able to let ppl that play on a lan with the same cd keys join it?

2. if its just a fixed exe will the (fixed exe internet server) show up in a server browser like the all seeing eye?

1. No one would fix it. Not even I. Becuase people should have there own CDkey that's follow the Original CD Case.

2. Server is not a fixed .exe file. The hole LAN thing is a .dll file.
And I realy don't know what the fixed internet server do, becuse I've compare the 2 .dll files...before and after... and the only change I've seen is one, port that has ben changed...:confused:

And YES I did the LAN fix. That's now finaly has been supported by EmPIRE. Can be found and downloaded at gamefix. thanks to him and other guys that are behind him!

The are comming a 1.3 patch! And it will fix some CDkey problems...hopefully... :rolleyes:
So it might not be another LAN fix from me. It might be a CDkey validater on you harddrive futher on. And that's not what I've gonna fix. I just think it was annouing to connect to UBI soft server all the time, just to check a valid CDkey. And you could play LAN if you didn't got any internet conneection.. but maybe that will be fixed in the 1.3 patch and not from me...:cool: Se you soon all Flashbangs shooters! See you soon.
