I've updated PAL Patcher.
It now includes the new patch for Ikaruga.
You'll be my beta beta beta testers. :P

The very last version of PAL Patcher, including Ikaruga patch.

not bad....very good, tad slower than the original but it is cool, nice design as well

well after trying it on vf3(kalisto rip) which was running at 50 htz

well i turned on all the pal protections, from 1-3 and burnt a copy putting them all on

where it did run at 60 htz the games graphics are all choppy and break up

i'll test it with another game for you

word of advice to people...

if you try to patch vf3 only use the pal protection 2 patches, proteection 1 ****s up the graphics

Hmm that happened to me with Hydro thunder on the older pal patcher.. which showed about 5 protections for this game..

PAL Protection 3 works fine with Jet Coaster Dream 2 and Coaster Works, BUT I'VE ONLY SEEN THIS PATCH WORKING WITH THESE 2 GAMES. Avoid patching another game using this patch. The only thing it seems to do is having some games not to reboot, but with a black screen (like Super Boom Tread Troppers, for example)

you think theres ever a chance this could patch sega rally2 or ooga booga?

I've never seen any patch for these games.
I've never seen any patch for WinCE games, but if you can find any around, just tell me.
I'll be looking for that.
