Try disabling autorun
Then try starting up Clone CD, then insert the cd, then try starting Clony

You have a key2audio protected cd in your hands so you need to read it with cloneCD enabling "read first session only" and you will bypass the protection making a cd that works everywhere.Depending on the drive you have you can also use specific company utilities like plextools or something like on liteys.

Test it and good luck!!

If you use Clone CD's audio profile then it'll have the option checked for you.

too slapy,too easy....

youcq 26-06-2002 23:20

how?

gh0sth@cker 27-06-2002 03:35

Download the latet Clone CD. Start it up, insert the cd, select read to image file (left button), choose audio profile and take it from there with the reading.
Then when writing click burn from image file (second button) and choose audio profile.

gh0sth@cker 27-06-2002 04:58

Did you try disabling autorun and only inserting the disk once you've started Clone CD.

youcq 27-06-2002 06:02

Where can i make disabled autorun,
i didn't find in clonecd setting this option, only shown autoplay option,

the easiest solution to disable autorun, is pressing and holding SHIFT after you have inserted the cd into the drive.

or go to the Control Panel, select System, select the device manager, double-click on cd-rom, double-click again on the device, and deselect the "Automatic insertion notification" (or something like that). Press Apply and quit, and restart your computer.
that's the way you do it in win9x/me...

gh0sth@cker 27-06-2002 06:23

If you're running Win9x then (I'm trying to remember) goto Device Manager (I think you get there by right clicking on My Comp and going to properties - have a look in there)
Then right click on your cd drive and click on properties and then disable auto insert notification

In XP:
1) Click Start, Run and enter GPEDIT.MSC

2) Go to Computer Configuration, Administrative Templates, System.

3) Locate the entry for Turn autoplay off and modify it

the shift thing is the easy way you can always use....
