LiteOn or Plextor
Im buying a new comp and i need a good burner. I need a burner that will make copies of all the existing CD protections (new SD2.xx.xx junk) with ease. Iv heard PLextor has better support but LiteOn can burn the stuff. Which drive is better for me?
please excuse the english. it is late and im sleepy... |
I like the liteon but the plex is good too, for me the liteon gets it because it,s cheeper :)
Well, im in kind of the same situation.
There are differing reports about the capabilities of Plex writers (especially the 24x, greetz laffin tattie ;) ). The LiteOns are said to be able to copy anything. I havent heard that someone had problems with them, except when using wrong settings. I think i will buy a LiteOn. |
Yikes! I didn't even see the price difference! Now im gonna go with a LiteOn!
it is just the money matter..
yip it is whether you can afford it or not. Also just do some research ont sd2.51 and plex's
do some research?
Anyone had made a working backup on toshibas with a plex and sfv2.51?
I will recomend a liteon by now ( i'm a plextor user but this protection is getting me mad...no luck with any combination i have made) |
toshiba's dont get along with 2.51, for some reason, use the plex for reading, and burn back w/aws
who hoo!!!
@themis_t yes, search the forums on those drives.
I would recommend the lite-on because of the things i have read on the web and that i have one. But i have never had a plex before but i know they are good quality. |
plexes and lits are the most popular cdrw of copying safedisk 2!!!!
nah, Asus, liteon, and LG all use the same chipsets......and they all do safedisc flawlessly, 1:1 copies ;) thank you mediatek
id go for a lite on because there cheeper but plex have great customer support
i wouldn';t get an asus cdrw i don't like 'em. that's probably just an opinion! :D
i like lit's and i am gona get 1!
