Well, I know theres a no-cd crack for Nascar4 1.3.0.6 out there. I seen a couple of people talking about it. I tried to get into there conversation to see if I could get it are find out where it is. But they signed off before I could get in.

it's a new version of securom protection so it's a remote possibility:
if you can get the original version of the game or a real copy (i.e. clone cd copy) you can make an attempt with unsecurom 1.0 (search with google) to remove the securom protection from the executable.

i tried that and unsecurom 1 and i couldnt get it to work on this one

I dont know what you are asking for. If you are asking for the patch, let me tell you that isnt the way to go about it. If I had it I wouldnt give it to anyone that askes in that manner. You need to use a little common sense when you are on these board like this. Because the way you put what you, the way you did, you wont get diddly

What the hell is wrong with you asking for somthing in that manner. If I had what ever you are wanting or asking for I wouldnt give it to you just because of the way you asked for it.

I didnt see one. All I found was a couple of files for n4.1.1.0.0 I didnt see a no-cd patch.

That Siedler patch didnt work on my US version. Of course I dont read German so I dont know if I was doing it right.

Just thought I let you know that the patch DOES work (Nascar4 1.3.0.6US)

Download patch from the website given in forum and unzip with WINACE

Then unzip to a temp directory and u need to type in the password siedler.

and press o.k which was the left button.

The cracked file will appear in the temp dir , so then paste it to ya N4 directory to make it work.
I have tested it and you can play it. although again with 3rd party add-ons(cracked file) you cant play multiplayer thingy like before.
