Haven't done this in quite a few years but it should be like riding a bicycle. Should the folder "_CommonRedist" be available in the FIFA 23 installed main folder? Could you please upload it somewhere if you have it? Because I do not have it. Also if you could upload the "_Installer" folder? To be sure I have both correct folders that you mention and that are needed for the conversion. I would very much appreciate it. |

(Last DVD)" Like I said before the only files/folder that I have are: "__Installer" folder (from FIFA main folder) 246MB-258MB exact which includes 3 subfolders and 5 files. It does not work after copying the content of "__Installer" folder to "_CommonRedist" folder and put it to the "main" DVD folder.

I have one big DVD with the entire game files just like in the picture I attached.
Is there a possibility to have all the files in one DVD. Everything that I try I cannot make the redistributable to start the install process at the end of fifa 23 main game install, it just finish without the redistributables install.

Tried but without luck because I do not own the knowledge to to so.
14 years ago conversations were editable and easy, could modify powershell lines, etc example back in 2009: https://fileforums.com/showthread.php?t=86924. Sure it's not complicated what you are mentioning KaktoR, just have to have to correct files, the correct path to the files and the code to trigger the automatically setup process but I had 10 years "brake" of pc game conversion and forgot some stuff. That is why when I ask a question here or at work or everywhere I asked it so that the answer that I need and receive to be complete and with all the steps. random ex: How to mux a .srt to an mkv so that the movie should have automatically EN subtitle started when playing the movie? 1) install mkvtoolnix-gui 2) add the movie source 3) add the .str source 4) customize .srt option and select default track and forced displayed track to YES. etc etc. Hope you get my point. When providing an answer that answer has to be complete not just 2 words. Never the less now if mausschieber could only fix the name back to Fifa 23 in his installer/setup and I can put this to bed, it already took a lot of time for all of us. |

This is more than a detailed and complete answer to my question so mausschieber, thank you very much for this! Now the correct "Fifa 23" is displayed everywhere, thank you for the fix. Regarding to those annoying Redistributables. The first time that I tried your updated path code to the Redistributables it kind of worked because I had this message at the end of Fifa 23 install process setup: https://thumbs4.imagebam.com/9e/89/ba/MEOGJ9N_t.jpg But, normally when you try and install an application/program/software that you already have installed on your machine you will get the message that you already have that application/program/software installed and you have the option to "repair" or "uninstall" or just "Close/Exit" just like in this example, depending on the program. And I say this because I already have all the redistributables that are in the "__Installer" folder installed in my PC as we all have for a few years ago when needed a specific game or program. I would have thought that normally I would get this message when installing Redistributables from the Fifa 23 setup: https://thumbs4.imagebam.com/94/56/3b/MEOGJKL_t.jpg The picture above is when trying to install Net Framework manually with double click from the "__Installer" folder. But instead I get the message that Fifa 23 is completely installed and it is finished. This is not so important but I would like to understand this mechanism, my only idea is that there is a "silent" install process otherwise the install process window would have to appear for every of the 5 Redistributables that are in the "__Installer" folder.
