i make some Corrections and tested now it's worked and make sure you have
enough free space to compress in this chase you must have 250 GB free space

Update database and load "Mortal Kombat 11" preset, restart DSG and point to game folder. Then follow instructions.

This bug occurs on the Chinese (Simplified) system, but may occur on other systems that do not have standard UTF-8 encoding.

The solution is to change the Windows setting "Languages for non-unicode programs" to "English (United States)" in:

for some reason windows uses CP-1250 instead of UTF8 even in Win10 / Win 11
