How to removed encryption of .pak files in Borderlands 3 ?
plz help me , I am trying to compress those files but with this encryption compressing is useless :confused:

I dont want to unpack the files , i want to remove encryption only

THis not cracking site, its pcking utilities site so best go skidrow etc and ask them how do it....

Fileforums IS a 'Game Backup' site, we are here to help create a 'backup' of your legally purchased games. We are not a Warez site but if the only way to backup your legally purchased game is to use a 'crack' (NoCD.exe etc) because of disc protections etc then that is what we are entitled to do and will do if need be.

You don't need to decrypt them, you just need tool that fitgirl is using in his repack. He compressed games 28.33 GB without decrypting files.

Unvisible friends + private tools = PROFIT:D

A free method would be to unpack the pak files and pack them back with compression but without encryption. I did so and got 29.8 GB size normally with xtool+srep+lolz for eng only. If anyone wants to know, I can post the "how to". Installation should be faster as there is no re-encryption involved.

Sure, its just that the game has 118 pak files. Usually there are few pak files in Unreal Engine 4 games so I had to work on a lot of files and there were barely any testers for me to test on. I was working solely on a server. Its ready, I will post it after testing it on the whole game.
